LensCrafters, I just have to say my sales rep Millhouse was absolutely amazing!!! He helped me pick out the perfect pair and a backup pair, was very patient with me as I was very very indecisive, he helped me understand my benefits and options, his customer service was top notch! My recent visit to LensCrafters was nothing short of a miracle, and it's all thanks to a truly incredible employee named Blue. I came in with my glasses in a state of absolute disrepair. They were bent, crooked, and completely unwearable. I was so frustrated, thinking I'd have to buy a brand new pair.
But then, Blue stepped in. With a calm demeanor and a warm smile, they took my mangled frames and, like a master sculptor, began their work. They didn't just fix my glasses; they resurrected them. With a few gentle twists and turns, my frames were perfectly aligned again. It was a stunning transformation to witness.
