I rented a storage unit at this location over a year ago, and about three months into my rental, I noticed a rate increase. When I called the location to understand the reason, I was informed that a notice about the increase had been sent via mail a month earlier—though I never received it. After speaking with the manager, they explained that rate increase notifications are sent only through physical mail, even though all other communication is sent via email.
Fast forward 8–9 months, and I encountered the same issue—this time with a rate increase that doubled my original rate. Again, I called, only to be told that a mail notification had been sent over a month prior. Yet, I never received it. I check my mail diligently every day, so I cannot understand where these notices are going.
This practice of relying solely on mail for such critical changes feels deceptive, and it unfairly holds customers responsible for unnotified rate increases. If you're considering renting here, be cautious about potential rate hikes and ensure you proactively monitor for any changes.

Kimberly is such a wonderful person. She took time to hear my concern & right away she did everything to address it. After further discussion, I even left there investing in more storages than I walked in with but all at a reasonable price. Her customer service was impeccable!
I wanted to take time to let the company know that she is an example of how people should be from day to day. Sometimes it’s hard to go into businesses & see genuine care & have a great conversation but I received all of that from her.
The company should truly give her a raise because she is great for business but really…she’s simply great for the world! Her hard work & dedication did not go unnoticed & it is very much appreciated!
I just wanted to spread the word of how fantastic Kimberly is & how well she’s doing on the job! Tell her to keep up the great work!

My experience with Kimberly at Extra Space Storage was a great one from the moment I sat down to talk with her!
She sacrificed going to lunch on time just to speak to me. This is not something she had to do, or even something I expected or asked for, but she insisted on servicing me right away.
I want to thank her for her time & efforts. I was very pleased to see her work hard to assist me & support me in my interest for more space! She was a pleasure to work with and deserves a promotion!
Kudos to Kimberly for keeping great customer service on full display & I look forward to working with your company for many more years to come!
