I came in and inquired about renting various sizes of units at Extra Storage Space. I was beyond impressed by Carl Stover, who made the whole process easy to understand. Should I move to the Austin area for a promotion I am up for possibly, I will store my stuff with Extra Space Storage for how helpful Carl was with me. Great service, thorough knowledge, extra clean facilities, friendly service!

When you have SO MANY options and places to go for your storage needs -- and yes, climate controlled units are available here -- the difference here is courtesy and professionalism. The key to self storage is you're not going to need the office staff very often, but they'd better be good when you do. ✔️ Would use this location again.

Excellent facility and service. This is the second time I’ve rented a unit here and it’s been great both times. I had a 5x5 climate controlled unit. Would highly recommend.

Beyond a 5 star storage place. Had to give them reviews on both of my accounts. Highly recommend them. Jason goes beyond what he is supposed to do to ensure that your belongings are safe and that you are safe while you are a customer with them. Will be a member here for a long time because of this.

The circumstances that led us to need a storage for an extended time are less than favorable. Extra Space storage has been both friendly, professional during this difficult time. My family and I are truly grateful, and would recommend them to anyone. The unit was clean when we arrived and anytime we have needed anyone they have been more than willing to help. I love the convenience of the app. Not only can I make a payment but the automatic gate entrance is a lifesaver.
