Highly recommend LBS - they are fast, flexible, efficient and do great work. the customer service was top notch, Haleigh was super responsive and helpful, she took the time to go over all the details and recommendations to help me understand what was going on. I especially appreciated the 'considered but not recommended' items - typically you get upsold on every minor thing possible and i personally dont know enough about cars to be able to judge what is critical vs nice to have, so it was extra awesome to get a good picture of minor/potential issues along with the peace of mind that an expert is telling me it's ok to hold off on it for now. I am super pleased with the results at a very reasonable price so will be taking my car here from now on.

Amazing service & no pressure. Took my car in for an oil change and they did their standard inspection. Haleigh walked me through the inspection report, explained everything clearly, and made no moves to upsell me. Just "here's what you need to know about your car." Josh and his team easily figured out what was going on with my check engine light and told me how to prevent it in the future. I will definitely be back.

You took care of the issue I was having with my turn signals, but also looked at and repaired some front end work that the previous shop did not do properly at no charge. I’ll bring it back for regular Mayans whatever repairs are needed. I sincerely appreciate the work you guys did!
