“The staff here has always been so kind and helpful.. The store is always well stocked and I love the layout of the store. Today I was surprised by the staff further due to a situation that occurred.The one time I had to bring my 4 year old with me into the store he threw a minor tantrum at the counter because he couldn't insert the card into the card reader for me.. He skulked and shuffled off behind a separate counter with another employee..The staff kindly tried to coax him out as I attempted to get him to come back to me, while still paying for my goods.. we got him to take tiny steps out.. and eventually he just sat down and skulked some more, refusing to move.The man who helped me checked out then offered him a doughnut. My son lit up with joy, grabbed the doughnut the man offered and then ran to my car with his prize.Thank you so much for your understanding and your help.. I normally would not reward such behavior from my child, but you were doing your best to cheer him up and help me out. I am very thankful that.”

They told me exactly where the bottles were so I got me mi bottle for me & the bois. This is why i keep coming back to this specific locations.”

“Total Wine is my all around preferred liquor store and this location is by far the best! Every time I go, I have such a pleasant experience. The selection is unmatched and everyone is so friendly and helpful. I love how educated the employees actually are about the different types of spirits. Tony especially goes out of his way to give great recommendations! My most recent visit I was looking for a good bottle of bourbon to give as a gift and he introduced me to a Texas made whiskey that’s now on my go-to list. My only “issue” with going here is I always walk out with more than I planned on getting!”
