My experience with the entire team has been phenomenal. It began with the front desk; when I called with a very simple question, instead of a quick 'NO'—which I’ve experienced elsewhere—they took the time to find the RIGHT answer. I was told the doctor would follow up, and Dr. Alejos did exactly that, providing an email with thorough information. This team truly goes above and beyond. Thank you so much Lone Star Vision Group.

Toni was amazing and phenomenal. She was/is a consumate professional. Customer service 2nd to none from the time ⏲️ we walked through the door. She greeted us with a warm welcome, then looked up our insurance and researched if there was availability for an eye 👁 exam, and there was. So we got our eye exams, same day - no pay through insurance, submitted our prescription and got measured for our specs. The whole experience from beginning to end was something to write ✍️ home 🏡 about and Thank 🫵🏾 you Toni. Keep up the great work! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The girls at the front desk were warm and welcoming and efficient at getting me checked in and into a room. The doctor was so personable and really listened to my issues and helped me find solutions right away. I will be recommending anyone I know to go here and I will definitely be coming back for all my future eye care needs.

My experience with the Dr.Alyssa was incredibly thorough during my eye exam. She took the time to explain each step of the process and answered all my questions clearly. I’m well-informed and confident in the care I received and the staff was friendly and professional. My appointment was on time, and the entire process was quick and painless.

Great place to go get your vision checked. The staff here are super friendly and explained everything. The Dr was amazing at explaining everything and helped answer my concerns. I’m not a fan of doctors in general but everyone made me feel comfortable and felt like I was heard. 10/10 would rec to come here

The clinic was clean, modern, and well-organized. They used up-to-date equipment, which made the examination process smooth and quick. The receptionist was efficient in checking me in, and the wait time was minimal. The optometrist was thorough in the eye exam.
Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend their services to others.
