The service and level of knowledge here is always solid. There have been times that Brett and others have debated in my behalf with my extended warranty provider, but was able to do so because of their deep knowledge about my vehicle. First off “owner” how are you responding to something you have no knowledge of ? Don’t tell me what didn’t happen .
At the end of the day :
Get a second opinion. 4 times this year they have seen my car for a low coolant light. Each time the vehicle was serviced and now , based off their diagnostic, I need an entire gasket replaced for the same leak I’ve have repaired 3 times .
Audit the estimate and the receipt that will be given to you inside a blue envelope at pickup .
I never once told them I smelled burning! The vehicle was taken in for the low coolant light I was told it was because I needed annual service . My understanding was that I was paying for annual service ONLY ! Remind you this was the 3rd time they saw the vehicle for this exact same issue THIS YEAR

As always, a great experience! Brett and Luis promptly took care of me and diagnosed the issues with my Mercedes. Got me in a loner vehicle within 24 hours, updated me along the way, and made sure I was taken care of. Along with the 12 month, 12k mile warranty they have on their work completed on my car, why would I go anywhere else?

Brought my Audi here after getting the run around at the dealer and quotes for service that were ridiculously high.
Luxury Auto Works is a great option for great service behind the counter and in the garage.
Most customers want to fix what is wrong but also would like honest feedback about any other potential issues. Luxury is great about communicating any issues they find and being honest with you on their priority and how they could impact the car.
I happened to be waiting in the office so instead of sending me a video inspection of the car they walked me through the shop and let me see with my own eyes.
When the repair wasn’t going to be completed that day, they had a loaner vehicle for me, which for me personally, i have never experienced at another third-party shop.
I fully trust these guys with my car and will continue to gladly give them my business.

The sales people were very friendly and nice.
I had a battery issue so I called to share with a representative. He had told me to come over and told me it will take an hour to get it inspected. But at the end of the day it took me more than 3 hours to get a battery changed. Would have been nicer if they told me what time I should come to minimize the wait time. (They have $10 credit offer for uber in case you have to go home, which is nice).
The battery is around $190 if you buy it yourself somewhere else but I was charged $290 here so the margin rate seems quite high. Not sure if the customers can bring their own parts?
The service is friendly but the labor cost is quite high - $200/hr.
They said it can change depending on what service is provided so that is actually quite vague for a customer to estimate. And service such as changing a battery is quite simple, shouldnt be charged at $200/hr because this could mean If you have to change more sophisticated parts, you might be charged at $500/hour.
Battery change only took 10min. The inspection in the receipt indicates they have done various checks but during the feedback session they told me they only checked the battery and nothing else, so I dont understand how I was charged with 1 full hour fee.
Lastly, complimentary car wash was not provided.
The sales process was luxurious but comparing with what was delivered and what was charged, I dont see a luxury value.
I mean does anyone think it makes sense to replace a battery with continental 48CP battery and labor cost $570 + 3.5 hours wait time? I was told with the quote before they proceeded with the replacement, but if I didnt accept, they would have charged me $200 for inspection fee anyway so I had no choice. But still, I appreciate for the friendly service from the sales and technician. I can try to understand a little high price and time takes to do actual maintenance, but the customers shouldnt have that long wait time prior to maintenace.
