SOOOOOO SLOW> Management went to this location twice within two weeks both times had long lines. the first time only one cashier after about 15/20 mins line barely moved another cashier was called. This 2nd time today 2 register opened but could have used two more to be open. I watch as a young lady rang up someone clothes it was painfull to watch I wanted to scream 1st of all the customer didn't help the transaction by taking all the hangers off reminded me of people in the grocery store with hand baskets that they just set up on the check out counter and the cashier has to pull everything out of the basket, just help the transaction go faster for everyone including you. anyways Marshals must have really bad training combined with the cashier not having common sense maybe idk. come up with a better Rhythm maybe take all security tags off each item first then scan everything then fold and bag idk . I don't understand why the rolling and balling up someones clothes. super wrinkled is what is going to happen . you can also lay flat several shirts then somewhat fold them together after u ring them up. it's not hard and less time consuming than to individually jack up someone's clothes they just bought.. wadding up someone new clothes just looks bad.. oh you are very low on quality stock.

They recently updated the layout of this store and it’s fabulous! It’s always very organized and well-stocked. A lot of times, visiting a Marshall’s or TJ Maxx store can be overwhelming because of the cluttered feel, but this location is really excellent and tidy.

I don't really care for the style of clothes there and they do not carry any skirts there. I ended up not buying anything there.

Problem with this place is too many managers, and most do not walk the floor , they hide in there office. So there is no customer service, just zombie crew

First time in the store (Tuesday, June 4, 2024 @ 10:15 am). An older Asian lady/cashier was SO sweet! I’m sorry to indicate her ethnicity, but I wanted to make sure she got the recognition she deserved because unfortunately I didn’t catch her name. Anyway, I had an online return which she quickly took care of while calling me “hon” (short for honey) several times. Thank you for being so kind and also for being so very efficient!!!

Do not shop here! The old ladies were very rude to their young lady employee. I personally saw one of them push her. Where is the GM at??? I will definitely be writing to corporate about this!!
