My husband and I went for a couple's massage at Massage Heights, and let me tell you, it was anything but pleasant. We were promised a 60-minute massage, but guess what? They conveniently cut the session short at 45 minutes. And here's the kicker – this was supposed to be a full-body massage, but the masseuse apparently missed the memo on that. My quads, shins, arms, and wrists were left completely untouched. I can't even begin to describe how utterly disappointed I am. Those 160 bucks might as well have gone straight down the drain.

Have gone here once previously and had a good experience but will not be booking with this place again. Had a massage scheduled but woke up with a fever and throwing up. Called right when they opened to reschedule and was charged half of the scheduled massage. I should have just gone and got everyone sick instead of paying for nothing. Won’t be back

This was my first experience at massage heights. I came in for a 60 minute massage and was anticipating a relaxing experience, however this is not what I received. My massage therapist, Michelle, was very kind however would not stop talking the entire appointment. She was telling me very personal stories about her life, diet, and lifestyle. I tried to be respectful and respond to her but also keeping my responses short and to the point in hopes she would take the hint I didn’t want to talk during my appointment. I wasted my money on what was suppose to be a time to relax and wind down and instead got a stressful, overbearing experience. She even told me at the end of the appointment “I bet you wish I had duct tape to put over my mouth!” It seems as she was distracted by what she was saying and this resulted in a lack of concentration of the actual massage. Waste of time and money.

Great place! The ambiance is great and always clean, and the staff are friendly. Sarah R. is very professional and has excellent massage skills; she lets you relax and will not talk your ear off, if you want to converse she will conversate, but if you want to relax she doesn't say a word.

Jeff is hands down the best massage therapist around. He is so professional and makes you feel very comfortable. His pressure is perfect and the techniques he uses really help loosen up my muscles. I highly recommend Jeff!!

They have a monthly package that come with elevations. The staff is very professional and personable. I recommend a massage with hot stones and cbd oil.

I had a rejuvenating facial done by Liz❤️, she was just soo good , I had a hectic week and such a relaxing facial . Would definitely recommend, as the staff is very friendly and explains individuals through the process and suggest Accordingly.

Am I in heaven? I just left Massage Heights and had quite possibly the BEST massage I have had in life. Shoutout to Alex, he was honestly next level. 90 minutes of pure relaxation. Perfect pressure. Walked out feeling like a new woman. I will definitely be booking with Massage Heights again and specifically with Alex.They have a great membership program. If I wasn't always traveling for work I would absolutely take advantage of it. The services are heavily discounted for members and I will definitely be looking into it after my life calms down a bit.

Amy is unbelievable, I come away each time feeling truly relaxed, rejuvenated and cared for! She is by far the most talented massage therapist I’ve ever experienced! So thankful for her! The staff are wonderful as well, cannot say enough good things about this team!

I was not aware that my Groupon had expired, so I ended up being charged for the facial even though Massage Heights was offering the exact same Groupon at the time. Also, the dermabrasion products used made my face break out and I saw little change in erasing fine wrinkles. One positive note: the esthitician was professional and friendly.
