Orlando assisted us with a purchase of a new mattress and adjustable base. He was extremely knowledgable and explained all the features of the various products we were interested in. He took the time to understand our needs and make appropriate recommendations. Definitely the best experience I've had and I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

Great customer service from the boys there. We knew what we were looking for walking in, so the whole process was pretty easy. But, it was easy bc they knew what they were doing! Cheers got it on sale to boot for vets day! Another reason, I suppose, to honor and cherish our vets! Let's not our boys be turning over in their graves right now

Great experience! Brad was awesome with his knowledge and friendly service. He didn’t try to convince us of what would be best for us. He understood exactly what we were looking for and showed us the different options available. He gave us the most fair deal of all the other bedding places we shopped at (including a different Mattress Firm location the night before). I highly recommend you visit Brad at this store before purchasing your new bed.

James was a wonderful, polite, personable, patient, and attentive person to work with. I know at another Matteess Firm my partner had a really negative experience with their staff, but James at Walton Way really knocked it out of the park and was able to help us find the right mattress with a quick delivery.

Met Irkando just the other day , after l was done with my dentist. Orlando was totally Awesome ! Unfortunately l didn’t qualify for credit. But l requested his days he works. So l went today and bought my Bed and a twin mattress. He gave an awesome deal on everything, took the time to explain everything. I would definitely go back Matress firm again. I've always been happy with Mattress Firm products and service. Orlando and James were very patient with me considering my extreme (admittedly loud!) frustration. Delivery was a mess. Missed them the first go around because they claimed they called and no one answered. They called the wrong number. Worked this out with Orlando for the next delivery date. Or so I thought. Delivery messages still went to the wrong number. I texted the store a number of times, left a message on the answering machine at the store. Never heard back from anyone! Not a word! I ended up having to go down to the loading dock and wait for the delivery guys since I couldn't reach anyone at Mattress Firm and the delivery guys would not be able to reach me because they had the wrong number. Really feels like once the sale was made, Mattress Firm was no longer concerned with whether or not I received my order.

Great service, outstanding price, the medium comfort top on a firm BeautyRest bed felt amazing, and free delivery. They also gave me a military discount as well. So I got the mattress at Black Friday prices and I got a military discount with a free adjustable bed. It was definitely a win.
