Store is great for quick, inexpensive pieces. Update hours on Google maps, please - not great to drive over to wait nearly an hour because the map says you’re open, one of your signs says you’re open, but another says not open until the next hour.

I stopped by Maurices today for some game day clothes and it was amazing. Jade and Jackie were both so helpful and on top of that, they were extremely kind and friendly. I will continue to go back to this Maurices due to the great customer service and helpful attitudes of Jackie and Jade.
They have new in-store management at this location, and the service is so good now.
So excited to go to the UT game tomorrow! Thanks

I have been a very loyal Maurices customer for a very long time & today I had to take some returns to this location. I order almost all my items online due to locations not being conveniently located. Today the CS at this location was terrible & rude to say the least! After our transaction was finally complete we walked around to look for purchases and the staff were talking about us unprofessionally so we walked out and didn’t spend a dime in this location! Maurices do better!!!!!

DO NOT EVER go to this location. And never deal with Hailey. I have had multiple issues with her on different occasions. 1st went there in July and was told she couldn’t place online orders in store which is not true because they had multiple times there and other occasions. 2nd went in and did place an online order got a receipt and everything but never got the email and customer service couldn’t find the order number said she never placed it. 3rd time I went into return it and she said she was not able to return because I was missing the tag and couldn’t look up my purchase never had that issue before. She was very rude and dressed very sloppy definitely not representing Maurices, as I have been a loyal customer for many years. I then go to the one in pflugerville and they are able to do my return right away. Didn’t have an issue finding my info at all. I recommend to go to pflugerville as everyone there is amazing. Stay away from Hailey and cedar park.

I'm a big & tall girl and have a hard time shopping in store. Maurices has some things like shirts that fit but rarely do they have Long sizes in store. I also don't like that I have to buy 2 sizes larger even in their plus size for it to fit. I normally wear XXL OR 2X/18Long and rarely do these sizes at Maurices actually fit right.

Better selection of fine clothing than Nordstroms Rack and Marshalls. The lady was super nice and I found exactly what I was looking for without having to go to the Mall or order online.

I've shopped here for quite some time, but the level of service has gone down tremendously under the new management. Trash and food all over the floors in the fitting rooms, and they are aware of it and don't care. They don't ever offer to help. I miss the old extremely helpful staff.
