I enjoyed the honey dew sorbet! They had 8-10 flavors you get to choose and pay by the ounce. I would like to see more sorbet choices for the vegans or for people that want to eat more sorbet choices.

They have a variety of flavors and toppings, and the staff is always nice and is clean. I recommend to come here as a treat! It's a great place! ?

One word Yummmmm. Check out the selection of birthday cakes and specialty items. Certain times of the year that do $5 fill which means cram as much as you can in a single container for $5. Dont miss these days. Staff is always super nice and space in clean. Come on warm day and sit on patio.

We have visited here several times. The store is generally always clean, but now and then you'll have a sticky table or chair. Now when it comes to flavors and the flashing lights, the owner and I have had two conversations. He assured me they generally always have most of the flavors and the flashing lights do not indicate that the machine is empty, or not ready to dispense, it's just low on inventory. They do have to break down some of the machines daily and eventually over a few day schedule they are all eventually broken down and cleaned. The flashing light serves its purpose as if that machine is scheduled to be cleaned, then it's not refilled when it's low, as the product would be wasted when it's broken down and cleaned, which makes business sense. The owner did comp me with some free yogurt after our conversations, as he was addressing my yelp concerns / comments, which have been removed since it was a lack of understanding on my part. I picked up the comp coupons as promised, and we used them. The owner does read Yelp, and your comments or concerns are read.

Nope. Nope. Nope. Brought the family here for dessert at 8:30 on a Saturday evening. Walked in and was not greeted much less with the whole "welcome to Menchie's" schtick. The teenage counter person seemed more interested in staring at the floor. After checking out the selection we quickly realized they were out of half the flavor selection. The afore mentioned worker stared at us as we walked around in frustration without even attempting an apology or verbal communication at all frankly. We left and went across the street to Froyo and had an awesome experience.

Went to menchie's tonight. Told as soon as I walked in the door that their system was down and could only take cash. The young lady running the countee was very polite and apologetic. Not sure what liz L is talking about everyone there was very nice. I undestand it is not their fault if their system is down. Can't give it away for free. Will be back!!

Visited this Menchie's tonight as a regular customer........and as soon I entered the store, the employee informed me that their "system was down" and could only accept cash. So, I had $4.00 on me and I usually spend around $3.75 so i'm covered, right? Went through the usual sampling and then finally selected the mix of the pumpkin/caramel.... total tab $4.20. Told the young lady that all I had was $4.00 and she quickly reminded me that it cost $4.20! I could not believe what I was hearing.... I get it, I am $0.20 short! If I had a trophy I would have given it to her for her excellent money computing skills! I ask her what she was going to do with the product and she said,"throw it away I guess"....... Again you can only imagine how stunned I was. A place that lets you sample multiple products before you purchase, would not let me slide for $0.20, which I can assume is about the size of one of the sample cups. Remind everyone that their "system was down" so they could not take a credit card... So touche GENX! you won the round but lost the game of customer service. Since you don't know what customer service is I suggest you Google it! Will never return to this place again....all over $0.20!

Superb customer service. Ordered via UberEats twice and each time it looks like they made it at my house. It's amazing how they keep it looking perfect even on a drive over via delivery. One time they were out of a flavor and a girl called me from the restaurant and sincerely apologized and was so thoughtful and worried that I would be upset about it. It was amazing how much care she invested in pleasing their customer. I changed out the flavor graciously and she still sent a free second cup of yogurt for the issue which wasn't even a big deal at all. Great customer service. I forgot to mention the prices are very affordable. I ate there once and loaded my cup with topping after topping and was pleasantly surprised by the price.

I enjoy this place and have been several times. However I'm giving 2 stars because of the experience we had yesterday. I took my 2 year old to get a treat and he picked his flavors and toppings, he absolutely loves doing this and will ask to go here. We sat to eat and after several bites my son says "owe!" and opens his mouth for me to see. I pulled a broken staple out from in between his teeth. I had to go find the man that was working to show him what my son had almost ingested. He asked what flavors he'd had and told me he was sorry. Didn't offer me my money back or anything. I'm aware that finding the words or thinking of how to handle this type of situation can be difficult in the moment but I hope an incident report was made and/or the other employees were informed. We tossed the rest because I then felt it was unsafe and we left.
