Yes I would like to say that j e o n g at the Metro store in cedar Park was very helpful today she was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Also Anthony at the same store was very helpful last week when I switched back, my sister and I. Both of them had lots of patience with me and great customer service just wanted to say thank you all so much

tried to add a line form 3 to 4 lines with current bring your own device plan and was told instead i would end up paying more than double my current plan price. was told that after a month of the higher price i could call customer service and request that they lower it. needless to say i will be finding another wireless carrier today. so far T-mobile offers way better deals than metroPCS from what ive been offered. way to lose a customer metro. could have just gave me the promotion listed on your window of the store i walked into.
