Pickup is such an unorganized system. The worse experience I’ve EVER had at a store. Had to go two separate occasions to return something, even tho I had the receipt from the pickup,e-mail, and my card. It took an override for it to go back to my card. And I didn’t even get my full refund, I paid full price and for some reason I got shorted. Nobody really seemed how to do their jobs.

I am here for UPS drop off, I was lied to to wait for few minutes for manager to scan drop off it’s been 25 minutes and I still waiting for some to scan and my drop off and all check outs are empty, now I am more than welcome to use other UPS store as they do not know hot to scan UPS drop off - my time is wasted here 25-30 minutes just for nothing but standing and waiting. This review is based on the UPS access point. Tried to drop off a package and the seller sent me a QR code and the instructions said I could just show it to the UPS people, the Michael’s employee said I needed the physical shipping label. So just be aware that they don’t scan QR codes at this location.

This Michael's location has an extensive and exceptional quality craft supplies. I have come to this location many times for materials for my kids school projects and I always find what I need and usually find a few other things that I initially hadn't thought of for a particular project. Side note, their self check out stations are very helpful and make checking out and paying much easier.

They say events are till 12 pm but the staff didn’t let us in at 11.30 am as he wanted to clean up the area. Absolute lack of empathy.

Got an awesome artist loft kit normally $60 for $25.67. Fantastic deal on Christmas Day online. Set to pick it up next day and did so with no issues. Was a gift and the recipient loves it!!!
