Always a very friendly staff! I have been going to them for about 5-6 years. They are gentle and compassionate with my older dog.

Nice staffThey care more about money than you pet. They charge an extra $105..00 for walk in fee. Then you have exam fee. Then they try to add other services to it.I called another vet and got less exam fee and no walk in fee

My initial experience was excellent. The staff was friendly and efficient, the initial evaluation was helpful, the staff integrated me in the process, and the cost estimate was detailed and reasonable.

Due to a situation at another vet, I was frantic and needed advice on my pet. Upset with my experience, I called New Hope and I have to say the empathy, compassion, knowledge and understanding gave me such a relief. Thank you to the front desk for being so sweet over the phone. Moving forward I’ll be taking my pets to New Hope ❤️

Our 14 year old beagle had liver cancer and took a sudden turn for the worse on a day our regular vet was closed. We took her to New Hope knowing it was time to say goodbye to her. The staff was very kind and understanding. They sped up the process when she started actively trying to pass on so she would not suffer. Everyone at the clinic made a very difficult situation as easy as it could be. The remembrance package we were able to get for her ashes was lovely, and the staff was very kind when I picked it up as well. I would not hesitate to go here again.

So wonderful and knowledgeable, and they don't try to bog you down with things and services you don't need for your pup like other places do. Very fairly priced and did the least expensive spay on my dog I've ever found.

We boarded our dog who needed medical assistance as he was recovering from a surgery. We repeatedly asked the staff to send us pictures of him while we were away for two weeks. After several calls and several days they sent two pictures. After that more calls but no more pictures were sent. Will never leave our dog there again.

I’m very impressed by how like clock work this office works. From the outside (in my car) it looks like a well oiled machine. Vet comes out to get the story from the owner. Takes pet inside. They do their thing then call u while u wait. Then pick up your pet when ready. Amazing how it works so well. They seem so busy but they have it down to a science. I know and feel very comfortable leaving my pet with this group!

I brought my boy cat Ziggy to get his trouble puffs removed. The staff were extremely nice. The surgery only took 30-45 minutes and after spending the rest of the day recovering Ziggy was almost completely back to his old self the next day. I honestly appreciate how skilled they were.
