I have so much fun shopping here. Great deals all year long, but I always find the best winter wear here! They have the softest sweaters and hats imaginable, very cozy and light enough for the short texas winter. I like their accessories and bags, they have some nice quality items for affordable prices. Their home goods section is small, but they have great blankets there. A+ textiles.

Walked in just trying to grab some shoes for the kids—an hour later, I’m knee-deep in boxes, chasing kids, and thinking I finally scored a good deal… until the register said otherwise. 🙃
Turns out the price was wrong. But I explained I wasn’t just browsing—I was on a full-blown mission with my crew for the past hour. They could’ve pushed back, but instead they honored the sticker price (final sale and all). Respect.
It wasn’t perfect, but they made it right, and that’s what matters. I left with shoes, less patience, but way more appreciation for their customer service.

Avoid this store at all times. Would give it ZERO stars if I could. I’ve never had an experience this bad returning anything as in this store. They could not find my orders, which was clearly purchased through the NR app. Then they refused to take items that were under return policy because of it being “final sale” according to their system, while it was NOT “final sale” in my receipt. Items were 5 days past the delivery date, and they refused to make an exception. Wasted 40min of my time while running to the back every 5 min to check my order because they were incapable of doing it at the register. Unbelievable experience. Too bad, they lost additional $400 in sales as my husband was ready to check things out as they fought me on the return. Please go shop everywhere else but not there.

Men's department was well stocked, but still at Nordstrom prices. Found a beautiful white short sleeve shirt, but put it back after reading the tag. Lots of things to look at from head to toe.

DO NOT shop at this Nordstrom Rack. The customer service is lacking in a major way.The item I was returning only had a sticker for a tag. However, this is how the item was sold to me at a Houston store. I was even willing to take store credit as I was also going to make a purchase. The manager stated that Nordstrom Rack ALWAYS makes sure that the items has tags and that simply doesn't happen at their bargain Nordstrom stores. Clearly, she was wrong about that one. The item was only a $24 jacket. The manager on duty's condescending attitude was present when she had to come to register as she was taking off her work gloves. Even after the Nordstrom Rack in Houston called this location to inform them that THEY made an error in not completing a new clothing tag when the item was purchased and they requested that the CEDAR PARK store return the item for me, the rude and petty manager would not return the item. The manager then LIED and told the Houston store that the item looked worn. When, I was in the store I stated that the item had never been worn and she stated that she wasn't saying that it was worn and it did not look worn. I have shopped at the Nordstrom brand for over 30 years. This store's team (mostly the manager on duty) on this specific evening needs to be retrained in customer service and the Nordstrom ethos for providing service. You are better off finding more comprehensive customer service and better dressed staff at the Marshalls that is in the same shopping center: better customer service and the store is tidier.

Missy is awesome. My mom had a complicated return today. Missy was extra patient with her and slayed the task. She was super kind and professional. Give that lovely lady a raise!!!
