After having bloodwork done with my doctor I knew what my deficiencies were. I went to Nova Vita but had no Idea what I was doing. They were so helpful. The staff were thoughtful, considerate and experienced. The space was comfortable and relaxing. I knew I’d be back and since they allowed me to apply that service toward a membership it would have been foolish not to.The only snag I’ve come to is the center is only open M-F. I started feeling unwell on Friday evening and could’ve benefited from a Defense boost today.I would still refer anyone I know to take advantage of the services and packages offered at Nova Vita.

My location closed down without appropriate notice and now expect me to travel 5 HOURS to the nearest facility to use my remaining 2 months of service. No refund and no returned calls. I have no email confirming if my membership is even canceled. Super unorganized and poor communication. I hade to call. Alyssa the operations manager was rude and from one week to the next enforced rules that weren't in the original contract.

Love coming in especially for booster Fridays. Suggestion to help with membership: have hours on the weekend even if for half a day. Would love for the ladies to have name tags as I’m horrible with names but they remember mine ?
