Irfan is the man!
Instead of finding ways to not help me this guy found ways to help me out. Great customer service.
There were other employees in the store that were doing everything they could to not help me.
Not ifran, he asked appropriate questions and acted accordingly.

Phone number online wrong / doesn’t work. No one answers the phone. So I go in person to print and a nightmare. Printer is old. Ran out of toner, jams, and froze. Took over an hour to print a few pages. Seriously, disappointed.

I just had to share my great experience with this Office Depot staff member . I used the print center and Emery helped me. She was super friendly, kind, patient, and helpful. I needed to print some inserts for my wedding invitations and I really appreciate the time she took to explain everything thoroughly. I picked up my items today and they turned out just like I’d hoped. Excellent customer service experience!

I’ve been to this store multiple times for multiple items. Nathan the store manager has always been unbelievable helpful and knowledgeable. Five star service.

If you need anything copied or printed, for heaven's sake, go somewhere else.
First, I wanted them to do the copies. They directed me to do self service. If I wanted to do self service, I could have gone to a place close to my house.
Second, after some snafu with the pre-authorization on the card, halfway through the print job it stopped and printed a pay at the register sheet - even though I could see the pre Auth, the reversal of the pre Auth and the final amount on my bank statement.
Third, there is no way to get a receipt from the self service machines, so no way to expense it. Which is why I wanted them to do the copies to start with.
Finally, on top of all of this, their manager on duty Derrick or Darin or something, was utterly unhelpful and a massive tool. No eye contact. Rolling his eyes. Dismissive body language. Honestly he should just be fired because he sucks at his job.
Out of the three employees I interacted with, one finally offered to listen to the problem and provide some helpful information.

I had an awesome experience in the print department here today. I have had challenges here in the past, but today someone helped me get the card stock paper that I needed for a print job, and then a separate sales associate saw that I was pondering the self serve printer, came over and helped me right away, even without me asking. Amazing customer service at work at the store today!

Freddy !!!! every time we go in he was the biggest help!! The biggest help we’ve ever had !!!! I got everything I came in for and a couple more things !! ? He’s always there to make sure you have everything you came in looking for, always patient, he’s extremely knowledgeable and always has such great recommendations!!!! Freddy is best part of our trip to the store !!! ????

Scammmmm. Beware, went to print something only to discover a month later they signed me up for a membership without asking. It’s been two months and I still waiting on my refund.

Service rep mentioned sending an image and text to print my order. I sent, drove there, then was informed they couldn't print text but could image. I watched the rep copy and paste the image, save file, and then print. Pretty odd that they could do an image but not text. It's done the same way...
