It has really gone downhill. Only a couple employees, long wait for cashier at register and no acknowledgement from them on the wait etc. I'm sure Amazon is killing them.

Self service area is always super filthy. Maybe gets cleaned once a year. Not enough employees. Prices are pretty high.

My 7-year-old daughter recently completed her first comic book for a school project, and we visited Office Depot to print it. Emily, one of the store associates, was incredibly patient and kind throughout the process. She took the time to answer all our questions, provided us with pricing details for paper and color copies, and even assisted us with printing a test run. Despite our tight budget, Emily went above and beyond to ensure we could afford the prints. We are truly grateful for her exceptional customer service and kindness.
Moreover, Emily's dedication and passion for serving others left a lasting impression on my daughter. Witnessing such kindness firsthand is invaluable for her development. Emily truly embodies the values of Office Depot and has made a positive impact on the next generation. Thanks to her outstanding service, Office Depot has become our favorite store.

Friendly customer service team greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I had to scan about 200 pages of notes to my e-mail and it only took about 10 minutes total. Very nice selection of office supplies and I ended up biying a few extra things I liked.

Anny at the printer counter at the Lakeline store in Austin is awesome. She has the type of mind to figure out my crazy request to shrink down a way too big and way to pieced together map and make it work. She never seemed frustrated or rattled; just task oriented. Thank you Office Depot for having such a good staff member.

Starting a new business and didn't know how to set up my files for printing. The employees (especially Anny) walked me through each step and followed up after the printing to make sure everything was right. I will continue to use Office Depot to do all of my printing jobs.
