The employees here are top notch when it comes to tacking care of a customer. I needed a highlighter that I couldn’t find anywhere not even on the shelf at this store and I was in a hurry because I had class that day. I told one of the employees about the issue, she went out he her way to look for one, she went all the way to back just to find me that one highlighter I’m looking for and on top of that she didn’t let me pay for it. Now that’s such an awesome customer service.

I have printed so many things through Office Depot, from this location and others. The first time I printed there, it was fine. A few days later I had more items printed and cut. When it was finished I didn’t get an update. In addition to that, the “horizontal cut” was half an inch off from the center. I had to drive all the way back to get them to correct the mistake. Finally when printing for a third time at this location, I called to ask if they could get my items (not many) printed today before the end of the day instead of tomorrow morning. They put me on a 7 minute hold to find out, then told me they will charge me $15 to expedite my printing. Printing that will take them 30 seconds to do. I am paying the expediting fee, but then I will not have anything else printed here.

Do not order prints from here. They have no idea what they're doing. I walked in and no one greeted me and I stood there just waiting for someone. Customer service is important, at least say we'll be with you in a moment. There were maybe 5 people total in the store. They should be staffed more.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. waited for over 20 minutes to try to get some copies done and sent it to their email that they have posted. After waiting all that time I get up to the counter only to be told we're not getting our emails. What a waste of f****** time. Now I have to spend more time going to another office depot just to get my s*** printed.

The service is very slow, and one of the cashiers is really loud. We spent an hour waiting to get 3 copies, and it was not crowded. However, the young lady at the service desk, Theresa, was very helpful when we finally got to the counter.

Their system of tracking online orders to be picked up is the least efficient and effective process/system I have ever encountered. I’m 67 years old and was an organization consultant for forty years.

Worst retail experience I've had in a while! I went in Friday a.m. to place an order advertised as "same day delivery," but upon checkout they found the materials weren't there. A person then promised to go to another store and have the order ready by end of day. I called at 7pm and not only wasn't the order ready but they ad LOST THE ORDER. I went over to complain to the mgr and get a refund, but he found the order (in literally under a minute) and promised it'd be ready the next day with the newly arrived materials. I called Saturday noon and had to wait nearly twenty minutes on hold before they told me they STILL didn't have the materials. When I said I wanted the order cancelled, they told me to CALL BACK as the people at the photo/sign area couldn't do refunds. Adding to the nonsense: The person at the photo/sign area kept telling me the charge was twenty-nineteen. It was actually twenty-nine ten. She didn't understand the difference.

Had a great experience here all employees were very helpful especially James! I was very pleased with my purchases. The furniture area needs a bit more up keeping, but other than that great store.

The store in general is fine and I love it for school supplies as well. The printing/copy service has repeatedly made me feel that they are inconvenienced by me being there. No ridiculous requests on my part. I always write nice reviews, however this time I said I'd go somewhere else, then decided to write this review. Sunday afternoon at 2:00om. They are not busy. I said a needed a couple of self inking address stamps made. She responds by saying "I can't make three today". I said I only needed two. She had no reply. I said can you make two?, she said "I can make one today and you can come back tomorrow and have the other one made". ??? (The last time I did have good service in that department was when I had a stamper made, took ten minutes total, I was so impressed) So why can she not make two? Or even say, "I'm sorry, I only have time to make one today"?? The woman making an enlarged copy for the person next to me was pretty crabby to them as well. It was like a bad day at the post office or something. So I will no longer ever bother you again, people in the print/copy department. However please notify me if and when you ever decide to implement customer service skills to your employees. I'm willing to try again. After working for years as a hairdresser, serving customers, maybe I'm being too critical. But repeatedly getting crabby service/ no service?... I will not give you my money for that anymore.
