Went in here on the Saturday after Black Friday (not intentional, had to make a return) and decided to shop around since almost everywhere there was 50% off signage. I love Old Navy and am a frequent shopper so I thought wow what great bargains!Me and my husband shopped around for a good 45 minutes if not longer and finally went to check out. We’re watching the total closely and notice barely anything is ringing up half off. I ask the cashier if the discounts were popping up and she said no these items aren’t half off. I’m like, huh? I LITERALLY handpicked times that had 50% off signage posted with the expectation of 3 items I believe.Cashier asks the person next to her who says “you have to go check item by item” lol watYou are literally FALSELY ADVERTISING!!And guess what…I go online later that day and the items I picked up in store were HALF OFF!!!That’s the best you can do? Y’all need to do better. Terrible customer service and atrocious false advertising.

We shop at Old Navy a lot. We buy for our daughter, our son-in-law and our grandbaby. We've never had a bad experience until tonight while shopping. I left my phone in the dressing room. When I went to check out, I realized it so I went back to the dressing room and started pinging it from my Apple Watch. I could hear my phone pinging, but didn't find it in the dressing room. I walked back out to the checkout counter, and was advised by my husband the sales associate had it behind the counter. I was very grateful....until I encountered Wolfgang. From the moment I encountered Wolfgang. I knew they were not a happy person. Wolfgang was rude, unkind, putout and just unhappy to be helping anyone. I told her the phone was mine and pinged it from my watch to let her know it was mine. When I ask for my phone, she stared at me for a while trying to decide if she was going g to give it to me, so I continued to ping it. When Wolfgang finally decides to speak, they say "I don't care if you can ping it that doesn't matter. You still have to describe it or you don't get it." So I looked at Wolfgang and I said, "It's rectangular shaped, has a clear case on it and it's got a silver apple on the back." Now here's the thing .... I get that retail employees have policy they have to follow when items are lost and turned in. I respect and appreciate that my phone was not handed over to a stranger. But let's be reasonable about this. Did Wolfgang really think I cased out somebody in the store to steal their phone only to lose it, and only after realizing I lost the stolen phone return back to the victim to steal the synced Apple Watch, and then proceed to ping the stolen phone with the stolen watch, both of which I magically was able to access through a well guessed passcode (or obviously the victim I stole it from was my doppelgänger and looked just like me, as was why the facial recognition worked)....this all in a matter of minutes. All of this to say, Wolfgang, be a nice person, it costs you nothing. You had a moment to use humor and or kindness tonight and to be my hero! But instead you chose to be rude and unkind, unspectacular, and the pivotal retail employee. And what did it get you? Absolutely nothing. You lost a customer, and no doubt eventually you will lose this job. You're obviously not cut out to deal with kind people. I'd hate to see how you'd interact with someone as rude as you.

Why do y'all work with other cooperations like Gap where we can order from one source but can't make returns to any of the collective stores?

I came to buy a shirt with my husband. I changed my mind on the shirt. Came to return and am obviously not carrying my husbands card around. I have the receipt for proof that we bought the shirt but they want to give me store credit only unless I have my husbands card with me? Now I have to make a second trip here to return. Okay Old Navy. Do better.

Melanated People Beware! I went in to find my husband a few button-down shirts for work(he's active duty military but has landed a position where he spends most weekdays out of uniform). The feeling of having a staff member follow me, pretending to put things away, felt demoralizing. One staffer even acted as if he was hanging a thermal shirt on a rack of belts in an attempt to monitor us continuously. I left without purchasing anything. I will never return to this location.

Good sale, large selection. Even better deals with an Old Navy card account. Excellent customer service and check out experience. Still some of the best online deals available with in-store pickup.
