I walked into this location to learn more about Orangetheory because a friend of mine goes and loves it. When I walked in I could feel the tension between the two ladies at the desk. One introduced herself as the manager and I could tell how uncomfortable the other little girl was. The "manager" was laughing and making fun of the other young lady at the desk. The "manager" also speaks to the young lady with so much animosity and anger. As soon as I realized what was going on I left the studio, and decided to try somewhere else.

I’m have loved Orangetheory since I first started in 2016. In 2021 I had some knee surgery and it was the middle of pandemic so I left, only to rejoin in 2024. It’s as great as it ever was and I still absolutely love it. It’s great to be back! This Cedar Park, TX location and staff are wonderful.

A coach plays a crucial role in your workout and that’s where Shelby at the Cedar Park location shines. Everyone at OT Cedar Park and Avery Ranch locations are awesome where they make every participant feel special. Shout out to Orlando from the Avery Ranch location, for going the extra mile for me and booking my first class, after I accidentally was navigated to that location by Apple Maps. The workout routines are awesome and the booking of classes are easy from the OT app. I’d recommend OT to anyone who are sitting in the bench about restating their fitness routine.

Once again peeling stickers off my car because I’m parked in the same center as them. They keep damaging my cars paint. This is the third time, at this point I’ll be sending them a bill. I work in this center and can’t wait to tell everyone how disrespectful their employees are.

Was penalized for finding the place and they said they would rather not have my business. Ridiculous place, go to Club Pilates for a better experience.

I absolutely love this place! I would recommend all classes with Shelby and Jp. They are both full of amazing vibes and contagious up lifting energy. They both make work outs so fun, and JP has the best workout playlist. When I took his class, it felt as if I had been clubbing with such amazing music. If you are looking for an amazing workout spot where you will see results right away, sign up here with these two amazing coaches. 10 plus stars for you guys!!!

I'm so sick of them sticking things to my car in the parking lot. I constantly get flyers left on my windshield and today (not the first time) I have to clean off sticky residue from them sticking things to my windows! It's so obnoxious.

If you are a member in another state, you have to pay extra to join their classes, which is absurd since you are already paying for your membership. The first location that asked me to do that, even if I've been to multiple out of state locations.

STAY AWAY!!! The manager Nichelle Belcher here is horrendous. She lied about submitting my refund and then tried to cover it up by saying she could not find the date in her system when it was cancelled. She left me on hold for over 8 minutes with no check in. I hung up then called right back and they ignored my calls. I drove up there within 5 minutes and there were 3 employees sitting there with no customers or members doing nothing. She was very rude and combative. She should not be in the position as a manger nor represent orange theory at all. I have never delt with a manager who acts like that. I wish iI would have recorded her. Please stay away from this place. She needs to be fired!! BTW.. It has been a month and still no refund. No wonder they are trying to find new staff to work there. ( New Trainer, New front desk person ) Nobody wants to work for her! STAY AWAY.

The head coach (Laura) and the studio assistant (Ashton) are awesome and this studio runs very smoothly. I like that every workout is different. I enjoy not knowing what I’m in for and just pushing myself as hard as I can as each activity comes. I always feel great after each workout. Shout out to the 6:15 am crew!

Came here for the first time and really enjoyed it! What a great workout and a motivating coach to keep you on track! They use heart monitors to measure intensity and how your body is responding to the workouts, which is really pro-level stuff. As a former personal trainer, I was impressed by how they manage rotations and making sure everyone is performing at their optimal level. I was passing by the area and wanted a workout and I sure got it. Now I wish I had one closer to me. Even if there isn’t one close, there are many Orangetheory locations so buying 10 classes for $250 can be used at any location nationwide. I’d definitely venture to say it’s worth it. You can’t put a price on good health.

Hey head coach Laura... if you are going to get on the members about things like phones in the gym area then you shouldn't leave your kid at the front desk for free daycare (especially when you are not even coaching).Since pre-COVID membership has gone downhill. It's nice because the classes never have waitlists like they did in 2019, but that is also why they did a huge price increase in 2023.It is rough because they are so desperate for members that coaches over the last few years have allowed a lot of things they shouldn't have:-Literally had someone crap their pants on the treadmill, yes actual visible crap stain on her pants and then she sat on the rower.-During mask mandates someone forgot their mask and participated in class with a towel shoved in their mouth.-Had a member with such bad body odor the 2 stations on each side of them relocated to other spots.
