We’ve had good experience getting the car cleaned inside and out. I haven’t seen many interior cleaning car washes in our area, so we love Otter for what they offer!

Have been going there for carwash for almost an year but the quality of service has degraded. Went there a couple weeks back and came back with car looking dirtier than it was before the wash. The wiping cloth was dirty/greasy, it left all windows, windshields, side mirrors etc with a lot of greasy residue which I noticed after it dried and had to clean myself after getting home.

I purchased a 26.00 car wash along with a 10.00 leather interior cleaning. I noticed that no one dried off the top of my vehicle. Then, when I pull up to have the interior clean, I watch them clean the interior, knowing that the cargo area needed cleaning. As I watch, no one cleaned the area. When they told me my vehicle was ready, I checked the cargo area, and they had not cleaned the area. So I had to let them k ow it was not cleaned. Unfortunately, it cost them their tip. Ser vice is not the same.

My girlfriend and I live right next to it so we usually come here the service has been better than usual lately with attention to detail even with the $8 wash the employees pressure washed the hard to reach spaces and fully hand dried the car after we were all done great value and service!

I’m disappointed…..full service carwash isn’t what it used to be! I spent $31.00 and for that kind of money I expect my truck to be clean inside & outside. The towels they use to dry off suck eggs. I had to get the windex out to get the water spots off of my side view mirrors. The rear view mirror wasn’t touched, and the interior windshield had streaks. There is a little bit of dust on the dash still. Before I left I had to ask them to clean the back cab window and it still looks like crap!
The only thing amazing is that these people remain in business for such poor quality workmanship.

I usually don’t do reviews but I came here one other time and they did a great job for the price. The second time I came they did a terrible job. I paid for the leather treatment and they did not treat the back of the car. The only did the front seats and it was very poorly done. The seats and car were still visibly dirty and they spent maybe 5 minutes total cleaning my entire car. How can you clean a car this size with vacuuming and leather seat treatment in that time. I should have asked for a re do or a refund but I have a hard time with that. They should offer a deep cleaning option. I am fine waiting longer and paying more but I paid $40 for this and it doesn’t even look like that did anything. Very dissatisfied. This picture is after they cleaned- you can see how dirty it is and that the seats are clearly not treated.

FIVE stars every time! I go out of my way to this car wash. It’s not close to my home but it is worth the drive. A team of people descend upon my car immediately and they meticulously clean every inch both inside and out. A bonus for me: The employees seem genuinely happy to be there. That’s unusual these days. Well done to management. I’ve referred several people to this place of business and always get positive feedback.

I visited this place on 5/3 and I have no idea how this is still surviving. Vacuums don't work, no wash clothes. Terrible place to clean your car once the wash is done.

I went here today to have my car washed, paid $18 for their premium wash. The guy that checked me in told me after swipong my credit card that he was unable to provide me a receipt. The same attendant ran a brush over half my windshield but left the other side untouched. After my car went through the wash cycle and out the other end another attendant dried my car. I proceeded to the vacuums and after parking was told the vacuums on that side of the lot were not working and I would need to move my car to the other side. I moved my car to the other side only to discover the vacuums on that side had very little suction, not enough to be of any use. I proceeded to dry my car and discovered there was still a lot of dirt on the wheel wells. Needless to say I am very disappointed in the service and do not intend on returning. This place is a joke.

Absolutely impressed with the attention to detail. $40 for full interior and exterior including leather conditioner!? Take my money.

I paid for a $54 wash and the attendant told me my card didn’t go through to back up and leave. I pulled over reviewed my transactions came back talked to the manager and she said she’d void the charge. I asked why I couldn’t get a wash and she then stated she was confused on the situation. I’m not sure what’s going on but I will call my bank in the morning as services were not rendered and they don’t want my business.
