I can’t say enough about PD labs and Ray Solano. What a kind, knowledgeable, caring pharmacist. He is just as intelligent as he is compassionate. It’s a privilege to be in his care. And by the way, every single member of his staff whom I have interacted with could be described the same way… Amazing team. Highly recommend!

Love PD Labs! Been getting compound prescriptions here for years. They are super friendly and responsive and professional. Their new location is excellent. They also now have a very wide selection of supplements to choose from. I sincerely highly recommend PD Labs!

I decided to try another compounding pharmacy since my thyroid levels were low and I was always feeling tired while taking the medication from PD Labs. Since switching to the new pharmacy I can tell you it’s night and day between the two compounds and I feel much better having switched from pd labs. Pd lab’s compounding was garbage and expensive.

This is the best compounding pharmacy I have ever used. We had shipping issues and I wasn't going to get my meds before a trip. They sent me another prescription that day, right then and there. They answer the phone when I call, I have never waited whenever I've had to call for customer service or to place an order. I had excellent customer service from their staff, who are friendly and efficient. They are on top of things. Fast, kind, competent. I will always use this pharmacy from now on.

PDLabs recieved my order from my physician on Feb. 28, 2023. I received a notification that they were ready for payment. I called and payment was initiated and I was informed that I would receive an email notification and a tracking number once my medication was shipped. On March 6 after still having not receiving any notification, I called and was told that my prescription was in the processing stage and that they deliver to 49 states and it was in works. I called again today on 9 March and was told by Lisa that it was still in the Processing stage and she requested that i hold. After some time a young man answered and informed me that my medication was on Backorder. No eta and that when I got an email notification of shipment that I would know that it was on the way. Why was I not informed of the backorder prior. They had no problem taking my funds.I completely understand back orders and parts delivery issues. I deal with them daily in my job environment as well, however full disclosure should be given up front. They initially made it sound like my medication was getting processed.Update:Due to my meds being on back order I have called and canceled the order with this lab and requested a refund. I was told that it would not show up on my bank statement for 10 days.Lisa was very nice throughout the whole conversation.

I have been using PD Labs for my prescriptions, compounding prescriptions and supplement needs for years. They are always pleasant to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. Being a business owner myself, I know mistakes are bound to happen. It is how the mistakes are handled that is important. After years of using them, a mistake was finally made. When I called to talk with them about it. Alex was genuinely concerned. She immediately apologized and said she would take care of it. She went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed!! I am so appreciative of Alex! And everyone that works at PD Labs. I recommend them to everyone I can!

I recently tried the PD Labs Verapamil Gel 15% for my plantar fibromas. I was instructed on the phone to carefully follow the directions. The product came with directions. I have followed those directions every day. WIthin the first five days my discomfort decreased by almost 80%! I am on my 5th week, but so far this product has been wonderful and so has their instructions and support.

Excellent service from Ray for over 12 years. He's very knowledgeable and helpful in answering our questions. We tried a few other compounding pharmacies before Ray but never got the kind of service we get from him.

Ray Solano. Random calls and texts to my cell about a script I never ordered and have no insight as to who may have, and the caller ID says Ray Solano. So I blocked it. I mean, who the heck is Ray Solano in Texas? Nobody I know. Then they send me a form letter 2 weeks later, "Hey, we need your information to send you meds you know nothing about, call this number." Same number of the random Ray Solano that called me out of the blue. Unknown person, unknown business, and unknown reason why they're after me or my information. A, I don't use this service, if it is an actual service, and B, were I a user, wouldn't they have the details required? Here's how you get people to answer calls in 2021, nearly 2022 - you call them from an actual business line, not some random cell line with a random name they've never heard of. If someone is giving out personal information, medical or otherwise, to random people on a cell line in this day and age, you kind of deserve all the bad that's about to happen to you.This might be about life changing meds, honestly, and I'll never know because I'm not returning calls or mail from some random dude named Ray blasting my cell phone - a number I never shared with them to begin with. Whole thing stinks. Do not recommend sharing any details with Ray or the scam he has running. Hey Ray - get a real phone number. Or work with the physician that submitted the request to get additional details.
