I think the lady that helped me was named Alisha.. she was wonderful! Both ladies that helped us were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had both of my children with me who were thrilled to be there and picking out a little hamster and it was a wonderful experience. The pets all looked very happy and well taken care of. This location will be my new pet store. Thanks so much!

We got pleasantly greeted when we walked in and told what items were 50% off. Store was very clean and easy to shop around. And our check out person was very friendly

This Petco is a smaller store and does not have as big a supply of items as other stores might. But staff are friendly and this is a nice store.

I had a bad experience with the puppy training class at that store in Cedar Park . I registered my dog for a class, and on the day the class was supposed to start, the trainer called me to cancel because they couldn't attend. The second week, my dog had a "class" that was just conversation and nothing related to training. The third class was again canceled by the trainer, who said he wasn’t feeling well. The fourth class was also nothing about training, just talking about dog nutrition. I had paid for an intelligence training class, not a nutrition class. The fifth class was canceled again because the trainer went on vacation. That's when I complained and requested a refund. The store refused to refund me, so I had to continue in the class. Now, more than two weeks later, the trainer has resigned from Petco. The store didn't tell me anything or call me. I had to go to the store to find out, and they still didn't refund me anything. I am very disappointed that a company like Petco can steal money from customers who pay for a service they don't receive or that is incomplete. Petco has refused to refund me, even though they refused to provide the service I paid for.

Petco was pretty much the only store that had the specific pet food we needed in stock. I had ordered from a different vendor and told an eta but 4 days after it still had not come. By that time we were about out!Any dog owners will understand it’s not the best idea to just switch over to a different brand without the dog (and subsequently you) having gastric issues.We had not used Petco as they were later coming into the Leander area and we have had dogs for the last 20+ years.I placed an online order for pick up-curbside (if possible) for the following day.They notified me it was ready after the store opened as promised. I had to travel a little bit to get there but that wasn’t a problem.When I arrived I noted quite a bit of foot traffic so was concerned that they might be too busy to bring it out.I called as instructed and a friendly gentleman advised they would be right out.They delivered it right into my trunk and closed it for meI was extremely grateful, and I thought the customer service was excellent. We will buy our dog food here from now on.Thanks Petco!!!

My dogs are so comfortable and always excited to see Sharessa to get groomed. She and the others are wonderful at what they do.

I went to get my Samoyed groomed as scheduled and the staff wanted to shave his double coat without even listening to me as how it can negatively his health and ability to regulate his body temperature, especially in summer.They would not even attempt to brush him and said they refuse to groom him without shaving. I ended up walking out and just brushed him out with a slicker brush at home myself without the need to shave him and saved his coat.Waste of time and energy. Never will schedule a groom at this location again!
