If I could give zero Stars I would I've been bringing my dog here for almost 2 years Sam did a terrible job on her today do not use Sam he spent less than an hour with her I don't I think you barely even bathed her then I talked to the manager and he didn't do a darn thing about it and the new manager sucks

Buy online ! Store manager Alexander has an ego and is not customer friendly. My warranty was over 5 days. Clerk said they can over ride that but needs a manager. Alexander comes up and just flat out doesn't hear me out or even try to over ride. Asked him to discard old item and told me to go outside. Buy online !

I love Petsmart over the other main pet store chain. The prices are fair, people extremely helpful and good sales.

I went to petsmart with the intention of buying a fish. Upon finding someone to help, they informed me that only certain people could get fish, and there was nobody there to do so. I was told to come back another day. I went to PetCo instead, and they were very helpful. I asked an employee if they could help me and they said yes and that everyone could get fish for customers.

Got here ten minutes before close and the doors were locked. Lazy employees. I just needed my cats food. I knew exactly were it was would’ve taken me 1 min.
I seen 3 others try to enter with the door locked. Imagine 365 times per year 4 customers have to get their products elsewhere. Thousands of dollars lost. As a business owner I know the upper management would NOT be onboard with this.

We are taking our puppy to training classes at PetsMart. The price is incredible, the instructor great plus I can buy what I need for my dogs while I am there.

I just witnessed a gentleman coming to get 1 male guppy and 2 females for a 15 gallon tank. The petsmart associate did not let him purchase the fish because “you do know that they will have babies, they can have up to 100 at a time” As a fish enthusiast and keeper for over 10 years, I have kept many guppies. My guppies have had 10-30 babies per batch, they EAT half of them, and the other half take months to grow to full size, when the tank becomes too overcrowded you take some out and take them to your LFS like Aquatek and drop them off. That experience was just so off putting and wrong. You could’ve explained that to them in depth and helped them understand what steps you need to take in the future if that was to become a problem. Where do you think fishkeepers start?? With one tank and no experience, thats where. Thats why YOU are there, to help guide customers in the right direction so they understand the proper way to care for fish. This is like the experience I had when I went to buy a sorority of betta females for my community tank, and the associate tried to deny my purchase saying that I couldn’t put them all in one tank. It sucks that a business that has been thriving for so long can’t even give their staff the proper knowledge to help guide their customers. Not to mention the fact that half the time I go, there are dead fish in the tanks, stagnant water, half grown angel fish, Oscar’s, large goldfish etc. in 8 gallon tanks for weeks and weeks when they are supposed to be in much larger tanks.

I bought a bag of Purina Pro dog food here, which was completely infested with live flying bugs and cobwebs. The manager refused to give a refund or help in anyway unless I brought back the open bag of infested dog food back to the store despite me showing multiple pictures of the product and having bought it less than 20 minutes earlier. I refuse to put a bag full of flying insects in my car and shouldn't have to. I'm assuming the other infested dog food products are still just sitting on the shelf for other customers to buy based on the lack of care the manager showed.
Will never be returning to this location again. That food should be recalled.
