I want to like this place but it's the 2nd time now just getting a bad haircut. Once for my son and once for my daughter. This last time it was obviosuly very uneven and I had to show the hairdresser. She kept asking if it was okay but it was clearly uneven. They should be an expert in haircuts and not leaning on me to tell you if it's even.

This was our first time here and we won’t be back. My son is 2 years old and has only had 1 haircut prior, so I knew it wasn’t going to be an easy experience..but I’d hoped they would at least be patient & professional with my son. Her only solution to giving my son a haircut was raising her voice at him, getting annoyed, and suggesting to hold him down which only made him more upset. She finally just said I can’t do it after becoming frustrated with my two year old and tells me maybe if I had someone else who could hold him tighter like his dad she could finish. Everytime I tried to calm him she just tried to rush through it and got frustrated that he wasn’t calm while screaming at him it’s okay. I went to the front to pay and she was very rude by telling the cashier “He didn’t do anything. He didn’t get anything done. Unless you want to tip me, but he wouldn’t get anything done” I absolutely did not want to tip!! She was very rude, he is a toddler!! At the very least you can professionally tell me he’s not ready and there’s no charge..I don’t understand why you would cut kids hair with no patience for kids! I don’t recommend this place.

Extremely disappointed with Pigtails & Crewcuts. Last couple of visits, they completely messed up my son’s haircut. Cutting kids’ hair isn’t rocket science but apparently it’s too much to ask for consistency. They’re constantly hiring new people, but no one bothers to check the work or offer guidance. Stylists are too busy chatting with each other instead of focusing on customers. I’m done taking the risk, especially before school starts. Not worth the stress. We won’t be coming back…

We had hair cut with Jamie for my two kids. They both have curly hair and it is not easiest to cut, it went pretty well.

Waited 15 minutes past our appointment time while our stylist spent extra time with the customer in front of us teaching the mother how to cut her son’s hair. At the shop’s request, we had arrived 10 minutes early. Waiting 25 minutes with 2 toddlers was as much as we were willing to do. We left and won’t be back.

Easy to make an appointment. Fast and efficient. Little pricey, but great service. Kids love the play area and all of the toys.

I recently got my son’s haircut, and unfortunately, it wasn’t done well. The front is very uneven—it’s quite disappointing. It honestly looks like it was cut by a child.

We’ve been going here for years. Easy to set appointments. The stylists are lovely, patient, and experienced. Recommend Jamie and Linda. We love the distractions of the tvs, fun chairs, lollipop prizes, and treasure bin. It’s always fast too!

Pigtails and Crewcuts is the only place I will trust with my son's hair! Danielle is the absolute best! The whole team is just excellent at kids cuts compared to other places. They make it fun and kid friendly.
