All the bank tellers and Ashley are incredible and super helpful! The manager on the other hand decided to talk bad about my situation and grandparents to the teller to where everyone could hear and was extremely rude and made me feel as if I was wasting his time. Ashley on the other hand was able to handle my situation quickly with no issues.

Ed does a wonderful job managing the bank and working with the customers. Doreen is an extra special They all are, I can't really say one's better than the other because they all go out of their way to help you out. That tells you to have good management but they themselves are wonderful. I have never had a problem. At times they have worked with me and fixed my problems with no problem. If that makes sense. If a charge looks at all suspicious I get an immediate text with a number to call I call that number and within seconds that transaction is removed. I've been with them for over 25 years never a problem. Wouldn't change very trustworthy and hardworking

Ordered a replacement debit card 3 weeks ago to only find out it was never actually ordered. I called and had a teller interrupt me multiple times but finally handed me off to a guy named Gabe. He should be training everyone at this bank on customer service, he was kind, listened, and made sure to fix my problem. If I was just rating him he'd get 5 stars.

This banking center’s customer service is just as good as their competence to do their job. Not only that, I walk in to no one in the baking center except one loan underwriter who doesn’t even know anyone else is in the building due to her scrolling through videos on TikTok.

Opened an account here a month ago. They got the account number wrong on the checks, haven't managed to correct it, can't seem to get me into online banking. At least they put someone else's loan application information into my paperwork folder. Incompetent to the extreme.

This is the weirdest bank ever. Very unprofessional, and unethical. Della sounds like she is stuck in a different era of customer service and experience and makes the purchase decisions for their members insdead of doing her job. Just a big skeptic, that shoves her nose in things that are not her business.
