There isn't any any human customer support. I called the phone number and it's only a recording. I go to the location and it's just a machine. No one is available to speak with. That's terrible.

Highly recommend making an appointment. Those with appointments were seen within 10 minutes of their scheduled time. As a walk-in I waited at least half an hour, which was OK for me. The check-in screen doesn't offer any confirmation if your lab orders were located/received, so it seemed a person could sit and wait for a walk-in appointment only to be turned away when a clinician is ready to see them. Wasn't the case with me, but something you should be aware of when planning to come for labs. The phlebotomist was friendly and performed the task with expertise. The waiting room is pretty small and not to comfortable.

I was a walk-in. Signed in on the tablet in the waiting room (not crazy about the fact that someone seated nearby could see my personal info) and waited about 5 minutes before being called. It was NYE, so maybe less busy?? The young lady that helped me was friendly and proficient.

I had a very frustrating experience at this Quest Diagnostics location.
I came in with a paper order from my doctor listing all the blood tests that needed to be run. I handed it to the technician, and she told me she would check the system to make sure everything matched. She confirmed that the system had all the same tests and then shredded the paper order in front of me. As a patient, I trusted that everything was handled correctly.
The blood draw itself wasn’t especially painful, but the technician did leave me with a significant hematoma-type bruise that lasted well over 10 days.
The real issue came later. When I received my lab results and reviewed them with my doctor, I discovered that many of the ordered tests were never run, in fact, the majority were missing. Because the original paper order was destroyed, I had no way to double-check what should have been included.
Now I’m forced to come back, fast again, get another blood draw, and potentially pay again for something that was entirely out of my control. I did everything I was supposed to do as a patient, and this mistake has cost me time, money, and unnecessary stress.
This experience was extremely disappointing and makes it hard to trust the process. Accuracy and verification matter, especially when it comes to medical testing

I've had the woman who took my blood before. She is extremely personable, seems to like her job, and was very gentle. I hardly felt a prick.

Terrible experience. Staff is not well qualified or well trained. Was given zero instructions for my sample collection and then they refuse to accept it as it was insufficient. Not sure when this location became so unprofessional. My family and I will go to their competitor from now on.

Scheduled my appointment on line. Showed up and had my blood draw on time by a very professional and friendly technician. I’ll go back when I need to. It’s six months later and I visited Quest again and had the same experience. Blood draw was easy to schedule, done on time by another professional technician.

1 star and the only star goes to the wonderful lady who tried to get my drug test done. Everything was perfect until she realized the permanent employees didn’t stock up correctly leading to her not being able to do my drug test that day. I wasted an hour of my time just to be told I can’t take the test. Wasn’t the testers fault but whoever is running this place and is in charge of stock completely dropped the ball

No wait time. Appointment was at 3:20. I was seen, as soon as I checked in at 3:15. Sydnee was wonderful. She had a professional and calm personality. Convenient location.

Terrible service. They took my money and never sent me the test results. I tried to contact the lab and got no response. They said they would send the results to the clinic and never did. They told me to wait 3 days and it's been more than 15 days.
