Dropped vehicle off at 12:00 AM and 3 hours later they told us they could not change our tires. Then they lose our keys and didn't load or assist in loading the tires into the truck. Also being completely disregarded at times and wasting peoples time. i won't come back to allow work to be done at this place because workers are slow and inexperienced

The store has a good, fresh supply of fruits and vegetables. There is also a good variety of dairy product choices. The employees I spoke with to find products were very kind and helpful. As a Super Walmart, it has the regular departments of others: clothing, automotive, grocery, electronics, housewears, etc. I was surprised to see that this store also sells guns and ammunition. This is the first one I've visited that has this opportunity. I like that curbside pickup is available. It is very easy; I've had great service there.

Took 5 hours to get 2 tires then they charged me for warranty I did not approve. Took 30 minutes to get a manager back to automotive who could remove the warranty from the bill. There were only two people working in the shop and one who waited on customers. While waiting for the manager to finally arrive I spoke with a lady who said she had been waiting for her tires since 9:30 that morning and it was now 3:00 pm. The man working the counter was new, by his admission, and couldn't explain what the $28 lifetime balance was and didn't know how to take it off the bill. When a manager finally did show up he explained it was for balancing the 2 tires that they put on the car. Why does it just say "Lifetime free balancing" then and not "To balance the tires you bought?" He explained that they added the extra lifetime balancing for only $2 more per tire as they "thought" I would want that for only and extra $4. If the first man had been able to explain that I would have said OK, but I was so frustrated with how poorly everything went today and the fact that it took 6 hours to get two tires at the LARGEST RETAILER IN THE WORLD, that I told him to refund the difference.I'll never go to the automotive service there again, and that's too bad because we have 3 cars and while we seldom needed service, that's where we used to go. It has really gone downhill lately. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Hi, I am an Anonymous employee. The overnight manager tried to shoo me as though as I was an animal during my shift, telling me to "Get". Her name is "Peggy" and I have not once in my working time met a supervisor like her. I forbid you ask her a question regarding the workplace otherwise she will have a seemingly irate breakdown that makes you wonder if there's something else going on at home. It is no excuse to treat an employee like they're less, whatsoever. Absolutely telling of the Walmart management line and Walmart overall.

They always have what I need. The only problem that I've experienced here is the curbside pickup is very slow.

If I could give a 0 for the stars I would. They have horrible customer service at this location. I spoke with 2 different employees and also a manager and all of them refused to help me. We had purchased a battery from Walmart and it failed. We had the battery exchange and it worked for about 3 months then it also failed again. They refused to give us a replacement or a refund for the 2nd failed battery. They have horrible products and horrible policy about Replacing or refunding products that are no good. I will never shop at that location or any other Walmart location ever again because they have such horrible customer service.

honestly, I feel like the store seems to be going down the drain more every day. It's become almost impossible to get help anywhere in the store. I truly dislike that you can only check out through self check out and when you go through the self check out you're forced to be treated like you're an inconvenience by the people who are standing there to be of assistance, not to mention I have yet to go through that area when there is more than one employee who isn't using their time to complain about the customers and having to help them. You can't have it both ways you either open up registers and check people out or you help them when you're impossible and obnoxious self check out glitch on the regular. Not to mention being treated like cattle being herded in and out of the building through their little gate with alarms.

Beyond bad. Waited over an hour for pick up. Missing items. Tons of workers. Just couldn't get the job done. Got home and items missing. Tried to cancel my next order...already shipped. Issa no 4 me.

Horrible customer service. You have 10 items with a price of $11.41 for a staple gun & it rings up $20.28. Your associate verifys the staple guns under that price is what I brought to the check out. Paul the manager will not honor the price on the item & also does not go and remove the items marked incorrectly. I will not shop here anymore. Working in retail I realize that employees make mistakes but we honor the price on the item not tell the customer we dont have to because we are not in California. What does that even mean? Horrible manager horrible customer service.

I don't shop at Walmart for myself, I am a spark delivery driver so I do in store shopping, curbside pickup, and sometimes in-store pickup for general merchandise. This store is by far the most inefficient store I have ever seen in my entire life. Every time I've gone to pick up an order at curbside, it's at least a 45 minutes wait, and during that time 9-10 other people get their order before me. And when I go inside to shop, they're out of most of the stuff the customer orders so I have to substitute items or have to completely skip over the items if there are no valid substitutions. I don't know what the hell they're doing in there but their system is absolute crap and they need a complete overhaul, whether it be with management or the workers. Something's gotta give. Do better Walmart

The tens of thousands of dollars I've spent at Walmart's across the nation through my life comes to an end with this location. After an issue with an online purchase, the snippety rude woman at customer service compounding the issue by telling me "It's not Walmart's problem." and the complete lack of caring by the GM about the situation or his rude employees, I'll never spend another dime at any Walmart again. I fixed my situation by buying a higher end item at Target for $200 more. It wasn't about the money but now it is and Walmart is done seeing any of mine again. Not that they'll notice or care but at least I'll know.

Walmart is already a cesspool, this one in particular fails on all levels. Employees are obviously understaffed and it's reflected in their attitude. They were extremely busy the day I was there with 1 cashier who literally had to look up every item on their plastic sheet. Meanwhile they had another employee managing all the self checkout registers, as I watched almost every person checking out needed help with the self checkout. The managers here need to step up or resign.

This walmart is a shame on the name of customer respect and service. I believe, one should never plan depending on their commitment to fulfill an order. I learnt it the hard way and to my surprise also learnt that how arrogant their staff could be about their inefficiency. I ordered a customized cake, ordered in person, at the store, took a screenshot of the order and planned my event completely convinced that I will get the cake the next day. The next day, there was no sign of the cake when I went to pick it at the agreed upon time. Their arrogant staff told me that they cannot do anything as the person who took the order was a new recruit, he made a mistake and actually order was never taken inspite of my screenshot of the order on their system. I do not understand how their IT infra works when an order is updated on system but actually not taken? what kind of nonsense is this. What kind of inefficient management they have who do not even bother to look at orders in the queue and act upon it. These people had absolutely no decency to atleast apologize to ruining my day and event by leaving me in a position where I could not find another cake at the last minute. Please do not order from here either online or in person. Do not rely on them for any services or for having any kind of responsibility towards what they commit.
