For a new QT, this place is disgusting. Usually QTs are clean and I pick to use when with family because of cleanness. This place was gross. Bathroom floors disgusting with urine and who knows what. Sinks had grim and just yuk all over. Floors around the store straight dirt. Looked like they mopped dirty water everywhere. Soda fountain drains not cleaned out. Makes me question the kitchens cleanliness if I didn't want to walk on the public floors.

Louis the lifesaver.
Stopped by this QuickTrip to get a XL gatorade like usual (it’s a good deal).
Came back to my car not starting.
Was having trouble getting the hood open, so I asked the clerk, Louis.
The man went to his personal vehicle and came back with tools to help me diagnose and fix my car. Immediately offered me a jumpstart if I needed.
The culprit was loose terminals.
Without his help I’d be in a world of hurt.
If he isn’t a manager already he needs to be.
Absolutely saved my life, and solidified my future spending at the QuickTrip chain.
So long as they hire people like him, I will forever be a patron.

Are hand written signs.that indicate anything besides the listed presets which are publicly announced by the company part of the policy? @circle k franchise do you allow your employees to break polic like this?

We are from out of town and stopped here for some gas. The staff was friendly and helpful. My wife got a breakfast sandwich which was very good. Clean gas stations with friendly staff gets 5 stars from me!

The employee is rude, fountain machine was not working right. Asked to have the Bib changed so it wasn't carbonation and he goes to mopping floors while I stand there waiting. Just bought what I had and left.

Came here to get some gas and to pee , had to real bad and gas tank on E. Unfortunately.. the restrooms were really bad . Toilets bad or whatever idc. I just needed to pee and even tho I asked to wait they turned me away. At least 711 has enough staff to let someone use the restroom 🚻 sheesh

Very nice store. Employees are very nice, store was clean. There is an easy in and out off the roadway. Large parking lot,plenty of spaces, lots of gas pumps. They just had no hot chocolate, which was my reason for stopping. Maybe next time.

Dirty restrooms, rude management and employees, they don’t try to make you trip quicker, they just try to make confrontations with customers and spend their time . Highly recommend to review work of manager in this place and improve level of customer service. Thank you.
