Never use R Bank for a construction loan. They won’t do their due diligence and allow the builder to steal countless thousands from you and then have the builder not even finish your home. R Bank majorly neglected our finances during our build. And helped our builder steal our money.

Broken and not a user friendly online system for loans/payments. Dont use them for loans. I have spent several months dealing with several issues with their systems and broken processes. Super frustrated and will refi with another bank as soon as I can.

I have several accounts with R Bank. This is like an old school customer service oriented bank. I really like it. They take the time to learn your name and help personalize banking. I left my last bank because they were more concerned about having coffee and closing branches than they were helping customers in the branch (I hate 1-800 numbers) with their accounts. I have business accounts, I have borrowed for a commercial business and I even bought a lot all using R Bank. This is a great bank and you should go see what they have to offer.I wish more businesses continued to operate like R Bank!!!Highly Recommend :)
