The pharm tech working the counter tonight told my husband that they don’t answer the phone in the evenings to “discourage people from coming in too late”.The service here is lacking. Management, you have some training to do.

Went to fill my prescription I’ve been filling here for a year now. They denied it due to my check up being virtual and my doctor is in Fort Worth. Funny seeing as how they promote Covid vacations the one thing that made us all go virtual in the first place… make it make sense.

Don't even attempt to get a vaccine at this store. I spent 20 minutes online filling out all the information needed to get a vaccination. The app said I was confirmed for an appointment at 10:00 AM. I arrived and they told me they did not have an appointment for me. I'm transferring all my prescriptions to H‑E‑B. They know how to treat customers. They also know how to schedule vaccine appointments. I called there and will get my RSV vaccine tomorrow. Randall's needs to get their act together instead of trying to figure out why H‑E‑B is doing so well and they aren't.

Very slow & poorly stocked. They have 1 pharmacist, and he was busy giving flu shots, so they wouldn't get to my prescription for hours... and when they did, they said they were out of it.

Love this pharmacy! It is so much less hectic than Walgreens and the lines are short or non existent. An added bonus is that I can pick up groceries while I’m there.

I needed a refill on a prescription and my doctor called it in. They filled it and texted me when it was ready. Good service and friendly staff.

What happened today with the power? Is there no back up generator? It’s too bad we had to leave our cart of groceries because of the two hour time estimate to get the problem fixed.

Not communicative, short with customers, unpleasant customer service, front staff seems irritated you are there. They technically fill Rxs but I will go somewhere else.

Was excited to see that they had hatch green chilies, so I asked them if they roasted and they said yes on weekends. So I went back on the weekend. I went outside to have them roasted, and what they didn't tell me was that they stop roasting at noon, so I bought two boxes that I have to take home and roast myself!!

I've been coming to Randall's around 20years now and have NO complaints. The staff is nice, the store is pleasant to be in, the bakery beats HEB in spades and the florist does also !
