This is my favorite salon and I have been to MANY. The women here are professional, friendly and they take their time. They don’t rush you. This has been the best salon for a pedicure in cedar park for a year now.
Another Regal salon at the Walmart on I-35 overcharged me and didn’t provide the full service pedicure. Never going back there.

I recently visited [Salon Name], and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The trimming of my nails was uneven, and the technician didn’t seem to take much care in shaping them properly. Worst of all, the French dip was terribly done — the lines were uneven, and the finish looked messy. For the price I paid, I expected much better service and results. I won’t be returning.

I went to get my eyebrows waxed today. The young lady that took care of me seemed annoyed but pleasant enough. I sat on the down and she immediately applied wax.... Didn't brush the eyebrow or even look at it before she applied the wax. One eyebrow is thin and the other is thick. I look super crazy right now. And to fix it, I will have to make them both look like they're from the 90's. Ugh... Well, lesson learned. Never again.

My friend took me here but we did not have a appointment. We were greeted by a friendly staff member. I had a mani and pedi. Nancy did a beautiful job on my nails and I'm very happy. One of the best manicure that I've ever had. Love my toes too!

This is the worst place to go get your nails done. They are ripped off. I went to get my nails done and the old lady I don’t know her name she was doing my nails.and I ask for long coffin nails and she did but to me my nails dint look. Like coffin nails but then the manger came to fix them but she fixe them a little bit . But to me my nails ? where ugly and bumpy and the over code my nails w gel .. will I’ll go back to this place No ??Service: Sculpted nails

This is the worst place to go get your nails done. They are ripped off. I went to get a regular pedicure and full set gel on my nails. The lady who did it her name is Sue. She barely speaks English, I ask her how much she told me $63. I said ok she did my pedicure." When she got to my hand, she said it would be $83. I was so in a rush. I said ok, but you should have told me so. The first pic I ask for, and this is what I get beside she put the wrong color and didn't change it she put the other color on top of it. And still didn't look good .and they have a sign up, but they don't charge what's on the sign. Please, guy, don't ever go there .. you will get ripped off ? the first pic is my nails, and the second one is what I ask her for.

They were all so kind to me and my mother. They took their time to make sure the nails were perfect! The lady was going around and making sure everyone was doing what they’re supposed to do and made suggestions. They put extra glue and stuff to make it last longer. They also gave me a $20 discount and hugged me. I’ll be sure to come back again!

I work with a young man who is autistic and visually impaired often on our community outings. He needs a place to sit so he can adapt to the surroundings and the noise. I just want to say a big thank you to regal nails and the ladies who work there for being so kind and allowing us to use a chair to help him with grounding it means the world to us. Thanks again!

was here just yesterday. I feel like the Lady was nice to begin with. I did have to ask her to fix a extremely slanted no multiple times. I don’t know if she was rushing or she just didn’t want to do it. And everything after that was OK until she started buffing out my nails. She was using some sort of nail grinder machine not sure of the name but she was going around the acrylic and she ended up hitting my skin multiple times and cutting it open. Normally people would stop when I see you have been cut but she didn’t, The trick is things bothered me about it was the fact that before she even started all the files and all of the tool shoes were dirty beforehand which means they don’t sanitize them. Then once that all happened, She continue doing my nails. And she was polishing them. And she got nail polish all around my fingers. She never cleaned them. And I literally still have them on my nails. Another issue I had was she kept saying it was gonna be another five here another dollar here and then another five-year period which is fine but I wish they could have listed it before hand. It was fine until I went to pay. The nails on their set list Say $40 and even with the $11 added it should’ve only been $51 but although, I may have miss heard her on the one where she said it would be a dollar to shape my nails, She charged me $65. Which is $25 more than what is listed which is ridiculous. I may have even been OK with paying it if the nails were good and she hadn’t cut me. But that’s not the case. I’ve had issues in the past but I decided to give them another chance. But I won’t be here again. And if you’re reading this please go somewhere else. I love supporting small shops. But this one is a chain and though it’s ran by a single person. They don’t seem to be doing everything they’re supposed to and they don’t seem to care very much.Services: Gel manicures

The first couple of times i went they did great with my eyebrows but the last few times were a mess. One lady kind of changed the whole shape of my eyebrows and just today another lady left bald spots on my eyebrows.. she just kept saying i have alot of hair but thats no excuse. I also got my nails done here and ended up with nail fungus and another time my nails were crooked. Im done coming here.Service: Waxing
