I had three white French Cuff shirts cleaned and starched A while back and just hung them in the closet. I needed one for a recent event and all three had extra stains I’ve never seen before. Something organic (leaf, maybe?) was put in one pocket and was pressed and starched in. Will never return. Time to spend an extra $300 on new shirts…….. pathetic

Great and friendly service. Alex is always so kind and helpful whenever I drop off or pick up my dry cleaning.

I'm a very reasonable person and gave Reids several chances with my dry cleaning. They do not honor their commitment to when the clothes will be ready. The first time, I was notified on pickup that a couple items were not delivered. I travel often and needed the items for my trip. I had to drive to the Round Rock location to pickup my items that were not pressed. The second time, I received a call saying that 3 of the 10 items were not delivered. Again, I needed these items for my upcoming trip and had to delay my flight to wait for the items to be delivered the next morning. They still charged me full price of $81 for 10 items!! I'm not one who writes bad reviews on small businesses but want others to be aware: if you need the items delivered at the time promised, you need to go with another dry cleaning service.

Two shirts for 7.59 a piece. The pricing is not discussed then charged outrageous for a basic laundering and press. I am disappointed because I just dropped off 4 pair of paints and 3 more shirts this will cost me a fortune.
Don’t go to this location

Wasn’t impressed by the quality of work. Plus they put little barcode stickers on all items that are near IMPOSSIBLE to take off without damaging the garment. Won’t be back

Took a $300 comforter and two pillow shams. $79 and when I got it home it didn’t smell any better than when I took it in. Also the dark brown liner was so bleached out there is now a visible line where it was “cleaned”.

Took a $500 sweater here to get dry cleaned when I got it back the first time it had stains all over it that were not there when I brought it in. They send their cleaning out and don't do it on site so there was no way of speaking to a manager when I dropped it off. When I asked for it to be re-cleaned I specifically asked that they please call me before doing anything as I did not want it to become even more damaged. When I called the next day to follow up they had already proceeded to clean it and shrunk it in the process. I received it back half the size that it was when I brought it in. Don't go to this place unless you want your clothes to be ruined!

I can't say enough about reeds cleaners. Other places I take my clothes they do a terrible job but it reads they're always consistent and light start actually means light starch. Highly recommended for a good cleaner for dry cleaning or laundry at a good price.

11/23: I dropped off 4 uniform shirts and pants and left specific instructions for the sleeve crease to go through the center of the shoulder patch. When I picked my uniforms up, only 1 of the 4 shirts had the crease in the correct spot. Unfortunately, I work in emergency services and due to the paramilitary nature of my department, I am unable to wear shirts with an incorrect crease.
Other than this pretty significant issue, the shirts were nicely laundered and pressed and the pants were nicely cleaned and pressed.
11/26: I was offered to have the shirts repressed for free. Upon picking up the 4 shirts, 2 of them were perfect and the other 2 still had the creases in the first third of the patch instead of in the center. These patches have a triangle point, so finding the center should not be complicated. They offered to take them back and redo them. If they aren't done correctly this time I refuse to give them another chance.

We gave in laundry for wash and fold with a laundry bag. It came back without the bag first. They then gave us the wrong bag. In the end they reimbursed us for it.We also owe an apology to them. When we received our laundry we believed our expensive towels were lost, and left a poor review. It turns out the towels were not given in (we’d left them out of state), and they bent over backward to make it right. We’d refused and we’re glad we had since it was our error not theirs. Karl, thank you and we sincerely apologize for the mixup.

After reading reviews of dry cleaners, I chose Reid's on Lakeline Drive to dry clean my brand new $300 comforter that my pet had soiled. Yes, I signed a waiver giving them permission to dry clean my comforter as the label directions on the comforter specified "Dry Clean Only". When I picked up my comforter, I found it to be ruined, with threads and puckering throughout the fabric. I sent an email to the business and left a message for the owner to call me back. When I was not contacted I called Reid's at Lakeline where the woman who answered the phone told me I signed the waiver and they weren't responsible. I expected my " dry clean only" comforter to be cleaned, and not ruined, and would have appreciated a call back by the owner. If you have clothing, comforters or other items that you want handled responsibly and with care, and know that the business will at least do the courtesy of returning a call when you have a concern, don't use Reid's as your dry cleaners. Update: Reid's ignored my concerns until my review was posted on Yelp. The woman at the Lakeline location whose people skills were previously lacking became friendly and concerned. After dropping off my comforter to be "evaluated" I was told that my brand new comforter was destroyed by dry cleaning due to a "manufacturer's defect", and to come pick it up. I continue my search for a dry cleaners which is professional, careful with my valued and expensive items and stands behind their work. Reid's Dry Cleaners clearly is not it.

We gave in laundry for wash and fold with a laundry bag. It came back without the bag first. They then gave us the wrong bag. A few days later we realized they lost our two Onsen towels (over $100 for those)! Will not be returning for service.
