Stop waiting! After weeks of trying to “work out” an injury by myself, I finally made an appointment with Josh. He took the time to learn my areas of concern and immediately started addressing them. Josh is the man! My wife had been going to him for years and convinced me to go see him when I was having severe pain in my upper back. That pain was gone after the first two visits, and I’ve been going to him weekly ever since. If you are having muscle pain, Josh will find the source and eliminate it.

Josh is great! Really addresses my needs. I find I sleep better with repeated visits. Really helps with my shoulder and lower back pain.

My philosophy on massage is that it is quite literally a language. The best massage therapists know how to speak to the body in a way that can help encourage and facilitate release, but more importantly know how to listen to the feedback from their client’s nervous system in order to understand what their body is needing.
I use a wide variety of modalities and tools to work with you to relieve pain or just increase functionality in the tissue.
I’ve worked as a therapist for 14+ years. I’m able to do an amazing spa style massage (aroma therapies, hot towels, warm oil, etc.), but most of my sessions now are manual therapy which is more informal and usually done over clothing.
