Tony was super easy to work with, gave us a quick tour of the sofa style we were looking for. He gave us plenty of space to roam the showroom, and was available for our questions. We decided on a selection and he courtesy and efficiently got the paper work done. Great service.Unfortunately we picked a set that was on backorder, hopefully RTG will shine as much as Tony did.

Alex was so helpful with helping my daughter and I found furniture for her as she is relocating to Austin in just a couple of weeks. He continued to check up on us, answer our questions, and show us every option possible to make the best decisions. I am very grateful and relieved that my daughter was able to find everything she needed and wanted with Alex’s help and expertise! From living so far away from Austin, and this being our first time visiting, Alex truly made this stressful time peaceful.

I was in here shopping for my very first big girl couch shopping and James was incredibly kind and patient with my millions of questions. He was standing in front of the door ready to work but not too much where he hovered. I appreciate how much he made sure to follow up with me to make sure if I had any other questions or was still doing okay. We also shared some great conversations and laughs. We love James

Rooms to Go in Cedar Park has a great salesman named Alex! He’s the kind of person you want to work with when you need time and a little space to make a decision on furniture purchases. There’s no pressure to spend more than you’re able with him, BUT he gives you all options and real life possibilities. I purchased a beautiful leather sofa from quite a selection of styles and prices, and I plan to buy a new mattress as soon as possible. I’ll definitely ask for Alex to help me once again!

Amanda at the Lakeline store location was fantastic!! She was instrumental in my making this purchase! I had visited this location 3 times before and no one provided me proper assistance. Her brilliant smile and truly warm customer service was soooo refreshing! Great location and staff! Keith is such a gentleman and has an amazing sense of humor. He allowed me time to tour the floor and was readily available to answer all my questions! Never felt pressured. I returned and made sure that he completed my order.

My boyfriend and I bought a couch from here a year ago this month. We were both really happy with it at first .Mind you when I tell you that we have 0 kids and it is just 2 of us to living in the house. It has So much wear on the cushions and threads or popping out everywhere. When I called them to let them know that we were not happy. They told me there was nothing they could do about it. Because it was 2 weeks past the year it was delivered.I think this shows how little they care about the product they put out in the world. Buyer beware, I would go somewhere else for your furniture needs. Clearly, they do not have furniture that can last more than a year. I don't feel like they stand behind their furniture and the quality of what they are making. Shame on you Rooms to Go for not caring more about your customers..

I was very pleased with my service at Rooms to Go in Cedar Park! Andrew Cook went above & beyond being courteous & informative . He doubled checked my receipt & noticed the delivery info was not changed from the original instructions I had given before changing my mind. He immediately changed it & printed the corrected copy for me. I’m recommending this store & their customer service person, Andrew Cook for a very pleasant experience, no pressure salesman ploys.

Had a poor experience purchasing furniture here. The people are just trying to close the sale and no one cares about customer experience.Sales person seemed disinterested in the sale to begin with.We had previously purchased a couch and noticed the price had gone down further, we asked for a price match and he said after the current sale is done it will be processed. He mentioned I am supposed to call the sales person who sold the other item and follow up with them.Once the sale was done the sales person just disappeared and was no where to be found.After stating we will cancel the order the office folks called up the other sales person and processed the refund.It's very disturbing to see people treat customers purely as a dollar sign.I would avoid rooms to go and if you do want it just order it online

Not a great selection. In and out in 10 minutes. Salesman was a little impatient when we didn't find anything. I brought my neighbor on August 2. She uses a walker so we were slow moving. She is a small woman and needed a love seat . All your loveseats were too deep, her feet dangled. We had been to two other stores and found several options but I had experienced good results previously at R to G, so I suggested we give them a try. At each of the places, I whispered to the sales people that she had special needs and hoped they would be understanding. Your sales person was ok but not as personable. I know they are on commission, and it was obvious she hadn't found anything, but they might have been more gracious since you never know when we might have returned for something else.

Such a fun experience at rooms to go today!I purchased a great chair and ottoman from the most delightful salesman! He was was informative professional and so funny! He showed me everything in the store that matched what I was looking for and helped me narrow down my choices. Kindly gave me time alone to think about my choices.Thank you Niall

Alex made it a very easy process getting my furniture from roomstogo. No pressure at all, just provided the needed information and was willing to run the numbers multiple times when we made changes. Great salesman and great customer service. I loved the service and experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would.We purchased a dresser and requested an afternoon delivery, which we were assured we’d receive. The day before delivery I was informed it would be arriving at 8am. I had to leave in the middle of work to let the delivery men in. Only to receive a damaged dresser.They processed an exchange and set our next delivery for 3 weeks out. So we called and spoke to 3 different representatives before we were finally able to get it moved up a week (2 week delivery time frame). Keep in mind at this point it’s been over a month since we purchased the $700 dresser. I then requested another afternoon slot so I wouldn’t have to take off work again. They assured me they would bring it in the afternoon…Of course they rescheduled me for morning so I had to take ANOTHER day off work in order to meet their delivery men AGAIN. I contacted customer service to request compensation for our hassle. Each time I spoke with a representative or supervisor they treated me like an enemy and like I was not entitled to anything more than the damaged dresser.The only “compensation” I was granted was the exchange. They assured me they were “correcting the mistake.” Exchanging the dresser should have been a given. If they truly valued the consumer than they would find a way to compensate them for their lost time and money.
