I shop at the Ross stores all of the time. Due to the nature of the stores I always understand when things are disorderly because people have been digging through it. But never have I seen such an organized section at a Ross store, it seems that the manager here is really on the ball kudos to whoever that is! Okay I went to the front of the store and spoke with them to ask who really deserves that credit and it's actually the person who works in the area and her name is Lan. So Lan, huge kudos and keep up the great work! It's very appreciated by us, your clients! ❤️ 🌹 🙏

Love the variety of clothing. The decor wall is always stocked. There are plenty of markdowns. Well stocked.

The male manager that was working there Friday was over the top kind, helpful and so personable I felt like someone needed to hear so I came here ❤️❤️

Only one cashier on a Saturday with a line wrapped around the store. The one cashier had a return, and so the line suffered for over ten minutes without moving. Many people walked out. There were other workers there that would walk up, and ask a question to the one cashier, then just walk off. Love this store but be better for your customers please.

Nadia is one of the worst employees here. Very rude ! Not willing to talk nicely with the customers. They sell items without a tag and are not willing to get it returned even if the customer has the receipt. She should not be working for a reputed company like ross ! Store manager evon should take a note here

I haven’t been in this store in several years. Back then, it was a very nice store with some really beautiful clothing. I went in today, four days after Christmas, to browse. It was pretty messy and low on a lot of inventory. I don’t fault the staff because I’ve seen how wild and inconsiderate customers can be by throwing things everywhere, piling up rugs in the floor, letting their kids run wild while jerking clothing off the racks, etc.??I would lose my mind if I worked there. I’ll go back in a month or so to check their inventory.
