I generally appreciate Mak’s kindness and help during my trip to Sally’s beauty salon today. She was so inviting and made me feel so much better after having a really bad day and I really appreciate her! I’ll definitely be back to let yall know if I’m obsessed or not! Thank you!!😊

I went in with my two daughters and there was this older lady working there she might have been the manager, she kept staring at us like we were going to steal something. We did take a long time deciding and also waiting because there was already two costumers looking at hair dyes as well. Anyway we found what we where looking for after a while because I didn’t want to ask her for help since she looked so irritated, walked out after paying almost $80 it’s what I usually pay each time. I think I’m going to have to go to another location even though I will have to drive even more because I just don’t want to see her rude face again. First time in 20 years I’ve been there that I run in to someone so unpleasant :(

My recent visit to Sally’s was exceptional. Angela, the manager, was very attentive and helpful in helping me find the products I needed. It’s refreshing going into a store where true customer service exists, in addition to employees who are well-versed in the products. The pride she has in her job is clear. Props to Sally’s for seeking out true professionals with leadership skills. Angela is the best!

Lovely person with purple hair helped me with an accidental green hair situation. She was super patient and really listened to what I needed even though I am not always good at explaining things. My hair turned out just perfect! Absolutely no green leftover. If you are reading this thank you !

This is a nice Sally’s! Well stocked, organized and they had lots of really cool nail stuff that the one I usually go to does not. Very helpful employees today when I went in too. It was about 10 min until they closed and they didn’t make me feel rushed (I rushed so they wouldn’t have to stay late) and we’re very knowledgeable about the products I wanted. Gave me some tips about how to use what I bought too. I think I’ll make the drive to this location from now on.

Really annoyed that you cant give 0 stars. I was told i needed a minimum of 4 boxes of dye on my hair but I only needed 1, so I went in to return some items after I was told I could return items without a receipt as long as I use my account. This was totally not the case and the staff was incredibly rude. They wanted to give me store credit on part of my order but it wasn't even worth returning the item because I wont be going back. Compared to the 2 other Sally Beauty stores I had to visit to get enough of a specific color of dye this one truly is a wild card of awful. Not a smile on the face of a single employee.

Visited the store 9/06/21 at 2:40pm.Walked around the store waiting for the sales lady to come and help me. She was with one customer for about 20min talking, never stopped to come help me so i just lefted the store. I will not be returning and i will spread the word about the lack of sales help and black products. Thank you Sally Beauty in Cedar Park..
