Carrie Washington deserves recognition for being a source of stability for my deaf mother over the past 3 years. She always knew that she would have to contact either my sister or I to inform my mother of any changes to her policy. If she could not reach us when we were busy, she would send us a cheery voicemail reminder or a very thoughtful email. She sympathized with my mom when she was grieving over her husband's death and she quickly handled the changes required to lessen my mother's financial burden. If I recall correctly, she even called us on her personal time to check on how my mom was doing. Carrie has personally and patiently handled every change, add on, and removal to my mother's policy, since my mom and sister kept changing their circumstances. I have been interpreting and handling the finances for my mother for over 35 years and I have never experienced such a personalized approach to an insurance policy before. I never met Carrie, but I feel like she has been a family friend for years. Thanks for everything you do!
