I had the honor of having Michelle Dickerson as my Realtor. She acted on my behalf with intelligence, kindness and integrity. Her and her husband came out to my home and put mulch in my garden beds and made them look beautiful. She called me nearly every night to fill me in on any comments the buyers had made about my home and to discuss anything else we needed to discuss. She was incredibly well organized and had all kinds of information for buyers to look at during the several Openhouses that she had. She even took my dogs for a very long walk. They were very tired but happy. lol She managed to get me two and possibly three offers but they didn't fit what I needed. My only negative is that I wish that we had gone out looking for house for me to buy. I lost my Husband to cancer almost two years ago and I was trying to move a little closer to my Daughter and grand and great grandchildren. It,s very hard to sign your house over to someone else if you don,t know where you are going to land. So in the end,I have decided to stay in my beautiful home filled with wonderful family memories and enjoy it a little longer. If you are looking for someone who you can trust both inside and outside of your home who will work very hard to sell your home, I would recommend Michelle Dickerson.

Please be careful when working with these people. There are a lot of realtors out there so please shop around to avoid the misery I had and you can definitely have with them. I can write a few pages about the horrible experience I had with the unprofessional broker and the agent but here is my quick summary of the facts. My broker was Marty Kelly and the realtor was Seunghee Kim. Both are from Keller Walliams Cedar park. 1) The realtor was not capable of solving problems for me. I think it's because she is relatively new, not client focused (at least for me and rather more focused on her own interest and convenience) and not fluent in English at all. One example: I had to work with the title company directly to set up a remote notary. She was not able to help set it up even if I asked her to develop a solution with the title company talking on the phone or in person. I found that she did not take any effort to do so. Instead, she insisted that I need to do the notary in-person for the safety reason. Later, when I personally visited the title company and discussed the matter, all the issues were resolved right away and everything was set up for the remote notary! This was just one example of many I had. 2) The realtor, Seunghee Kim, lied many times throughout the engagement with us. One of the major ones is about a commission discount she promised to provide. Due to the lack of appropriate service she should have provided, the realtor, SeungHee Kim, promised to lower the commission. She wrote in a paper that she will charge lower rate with a few $K discount and signed on it. Per my request, she sent the docusign addendum two days later to reflect the change. I singed and returned it. On the day (just an hour before departure) when we were moving out for long drive to our new home in other state, I think intentionally, however, she told me that she would not honor the promise. She said the paper she wrote and signed does not hold legally because it's not in a formal template. LoL. I tired to show her the docusign addendum she sent and I signed but I found that she actually voided it two days later after I signed it, without telling me anything. She put a note there "changed mind" as a reason she voided it. I contacted her broker, Marty Kelly, for help. He said he will investigate and will come back to me next day. To my big surprise, though, he told me next day that he cannot help because she, the realtor, argued that she wrote and signed the paper under duress. (I got speechless). He also told me that he won't talk to me and all the communication should be via email. 3) The broker, Marty Kelly, was not willing to help me through the sales process and there were many moments I had to think, research and act by myself. He also did not stand for my interest. Since the commission related issue, I asked the broker to help through the closing because I cannot trust the realtor anymore. He said yes then he just added more pain. He was very slow in communication, ignore me when I asked to talk on the phone and only wanted email communication. When the buyer asked to extend the closing, he was not very prompt in communication (even on a closing date he was not reachable). When I asked for Per Diem penalty arrangement, he was not very positive in helping me. He was negative in helping negotiate with the buyer realtor and then told me I will get only the half of what I wanted. Due to all this I asked him if I can work with the buyer's realtor directly. I could not wait when time is running out before closing. He said yes. The fact that I had to directly work with the buyer's realtor for the closing extensions and such turned out to be a good thing. The buyer agent and I had very good communication through the closing and he happily accepted the per diem penalty I asked. I also found that the broker, Marty Kelly, did not even share the reason why the buyer wanted the extension the buyer agent told him. The buyer realtor was surprised that he never told me anything. Since the closing, Marty never ask

We started selling our home in Idaho in order to relocate to Texas. I contacted Diane in April 2020. For two and a half months she kept contact and sent me valuable information on exemptions, etc. We sold our home and physically moved to Texas in late June. For over three months Diane was helpful, knowledgeable , thorough and patient with us during the home searching process. We found a lovely new home and Diane was very helpful in dealing with the company that we bought our home from. She was so valuable during home inspections to point out issues. She was diligent in her contact with the title company and kept us informed during the entire process. We would highly recommend Diane Schneider for her knowledge, experience and honesty. Keller Williams is FANTASTIC! Specifically Natalie Felder. I honestly CAN NOT say enough about how amazing and helpful Natalie is. She quite literally defines what it means to go above and beyond for your clients, especially ones with a unique set of circumstances. She helped my family out of a tight spot and into a new home, and made all the kinks less painful. I would recommend going to her if you are looking to rent, buy, or sell. We will most definitely be repeat customers. Thank you so much for all you've done, Natalie!

I personally know several agents but will only use Keller Williams. This office is full of positive and helpful agents. Just walking in the place for a meeting was a great boost to my day.
