Today I walked into the store with my 1.5 year old in a neighboring stores cart. The cart was parked right in front of Sephora. The moment I walked in the door, a woman made a not so friendly face and the sound of ohhhhhh while looking at the small cart, I was pushing my child in. Seeing as this was frowned upon, she did offer to get what I needed for me, however, I also wanted to look around and shop the store. So I told her no thank you, I proceeded to turn around, push the cart back outside the returned into the store carrying my child through the store. I got the items I needed quickly and then proceeded to stand in line for five minutes. Which, usually is not a big issue, however I am pregnant and holding my child for long periods of time and the items in my hands were a bit difficult. So here’s the bigger question Sephora, Why do you all not provide pushing carts for mothers or people with children? And if you do not offer them, why are any carts frowned upon? I don’t see how this is any different than a stroller. I’ve never had this issue with Ulta! Moms deserve to look and feel pretty too!

I had the worst experience. I frequent this store enough but they have now lost this customer. On Friday, my two kids and I went in the evening. When I asked the male worker if they had my foundation he let me know they no longer had it at the store then does not offer anything compperable that I could try.
He then proceeds to follow us around the store making me feel like a criminal. He did not make me feel like he was following to help but as if he was trying to catch me steal. I purchased my daughter's things and left the store. The female working the register was really kind.
The next day I went to ulta across 183 and had a night and day experience. The staff there got me my foundation and showed me some new products which I purchased.
Customer service is everything. Making paying customers feel like criminals is not a way to do business.

I tried to return a Sephora package but FedEx close by don’t allow because of alcoholic content. What a joke. The lady at the store quickly helped me with the return. She’s also kind enough to try different color to pick a new color and give me two samples. Love the customer service. It would be better if they can stay away from FedEx for online orders.

I've never really done makeup before but the employees here are extremely nice and welcoming! They helped me with a foundation match and helped recommend a lot of products. Highly recommend coming here and will be back!

tia is the nicest most attentive associate there! she had a great attitude and radiant energy and smile. i will go back again just to conversate and hopefully be checked out by her! warmest woman, exemplary customer service and beyond. deserves a hefty raise, all the employees do!

I walked in to pick up a gift for my cousin who is darker complexioned. I let the associate who greeted us know what I was there for, and that cosmetics are ‘Greek to me. I truly hoped that she would have guided me to pick up what I needed today. However, after asking another associate to help, I dealt with the same rudeness, assumptions, cold shoulder and lack of customer service! I walked right out the store without investing my dollars there! Customer service goes beyond just a greeting! I don’t think I’ve dealt with this kind of attitude that I can remember off, especially two instances at the same location.
