I told them i am leaving my car and will pick it up later. When I came back, not only was the car left open, but the engine was left running for 1 plus hr. Further, I had asked them to tire rotation, which they never did.
In response, the guy at the desk said he did not leave it on and was not sure who did! Which enraged me further as to what kind of stupid response was that! They did not offer any compensation etc. Just said sorry at the end!
With that, they lost my business. I have been going there for years, but this was the last time!

Got my state inspection done, and it was so easy. I was able to sit in my car while the ran the diagnostics, which I loved vs sitting in a lobby.

State Inspection? In an out in 20 mins. No appointment red tape. Michael was fantastic, polite and courteous. Didn't even have to get out of the car. One smooth experience unlike the previous one I had at a different place where I had to drop the car for a state inspection and ask a friend to pick me up and drop back coz they were backed up. Customer delight is a thing and Oil Changes sure know how to manage their customers. I for one, will be going only here from now on.
