I am very happy with the customer service here. I have mostly communicated with Sarah Brooks and she is very patient and knowledgeable about the insurance products that State Farm offers. My husband and I have car insurance, home insurance, and life insurance through this agency and we are very happy so far with the level of service and communication.

If your insurance is ‘set it and forget it’ this agency and company is fine- if you need to make changes though, be VERY aware that most of the folks in this office never have ANY clue what hat they’re talking about. I was given wrong information about my premium month over month and when I went to cancel I was told I was BACK paying for coverage?! Truly wild.
Regardless- State Farm has antiquated systems, and processes in place and probably has a lot to do with why this agency failed me so badly over the last 4 months.
I don’t recommend this agency really though- they don’t seem to take knowing what they’re doing all that seriously. We switched to Progressive who was not only cheaper with better coverage but way more transparent in billing and processes.

I worked with Jason Santos at the Shannon Johnson State Farm Insurance Agency and had an excellent experience. Jason did a fantastic job answering all of my (many) questions about different coverage options and policy types. He took the time to walk me through the details, really getting into the weeds on what each policy covers.
When there were items that required clarification, Jason checked with his underwriting team and always got back to me quickly. He was professional, personable, and thorough throughout the process.
I’d highly recommend getting a quote with Jason. He did an exceptional job and made me feel confident in my coverage decisions.

I had an excellent experience with Jason Santos as he was able to walk me through establishing new homeowners and vehicle insurance with State Farm. He was well informed of the terms of coverage and was very clear in explaining all the options that best fit my family's needs.

The agents on the phone don’t even know what they offer and are talking in circles saying yes one moment while we help you with that and then after a 5 minute pause of them asking what it is they actually offer there they come back and say o we don’t actually offer that and I didn’t listen to what you just asked you are calling for insurance right? Like I just told you who my insurance was with and why I was calling. Call another location. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Jason Santos is probably the best, most friendliest, most helpful agent i've ever spoken to on the phone about insurance. In the last 10 years of me speaking to insurance agents on the phone, they have always been so rude, they sound like they absolutely hate their job and any question I ask, they act like i'm forcing them to speak to me. But Jason made my whole day, he was kind, he seemed like he cared about the other human speaking to him on the other line vs him speaking to me as if I was just #57 on his call list. Thank you Jason, for speaking to me like a friend who cares about what kind of auto insurance I should have. The man needs a raise and/or promotion ASAP.

After being with my car insurance company for 17 years they hiked up my car insurance premiums to an outstanding number, was not feasible, of course I panicked had only a short window of time to find not only reasonable but full coverage for multiple cars, was looking online by the next morning had a kind text asking if I was needing car insurance and they could help me go through the premiums the coverage Etc well we all know that's common when we look online but this seemed different this seemed personal so I decided to take the leap texting back and forth with Jason Santos from State Farm in Cedar Park set up a meeting person to person by the end of the day I was able to save thousands have all my Cars full coverage instead of some full some just liability and more coverage on my homeowners insurance he literally saved me thousands, no joke! He's very respectful laughable easygoing and knowledgeable thank you everyone at State Farm and the staff and thank you Jason for making my insurance transition so easy
