Says on Google it’s open 24 hrs, so pulled up a few minutes past 11pm after driving here with hours listed open. Not only closed, but the man working here was in parking lot and so extremely rude to me, I asked “are you closed” and he literally made a cutting of the neck motion towards me and yelled “closed” really aggressively. I had already gotten out of my car at that point beforehand with trash so I walked towards trash can near door to throw my trash away to leave and he pushed a button in the door that sent the outside door slamming shut within 2 feet of me, almost in a way that seemed he was trying to intimidate or scare me. In fact, I was scared at that point and hurried back to my car afraid this man might attack me after tearing me in such a way. And why? Cuz I came to store that said it was open online. Horrible treatment and will never come here ever again.

I see a lot of old negative reviews here about this place. I can't speak to how it was 3 years ago, and tbh I'm never there after 9 pm, so idk if they close early. I DO know I've never had a bad experience here. The employees are all very nice and professional. Some are more friendly than others, but none of them are unfriendly. The place is always clean. The floors are clean. The restrooms are clean. They have a great wine selection, and I love that they carry products you wouldn't expect at a gas station like Horizon Organic milk for my baby and Kerrygold butter. Sometimes, there are long lines as they get busy, but they've always moved incredibly fast. If the line is held up, it is probably the customer doing it. They also have an amazing taco place inside. ? It's pretty good! We've lived in this area for almost a year now and we go there regularly because we like it. As for the gas, I'd say prices are reasonably competitive. They could use a better soap pump in the women's restroom as the one they have doesn't let out much, and I don't think they have a changing table (which would be nice as I've needed it before there). But otherwise, we're happy with the place. It's convenient, clean, has a great selection, and is 5 minutes from us, so we have no complaints.

Overall a good gas station, I like how it easy for us to getting in and out during rush hours because cars keep flying by.

Although it's in a gas station it's a step up from your typical gas station Mexican food. I had the tacos al pastor on two occasions. They were great both times, although they were a little bit too greasy the second time. The other meats look great. I will be going there again to try something different.

It was okay... I give it a 2.5. I asked for corn tortillas and got flour & now my stomach hurts They're generous with the fillings in the breakfast tacos and their chorizo is good. I might go back because I'm greedy, their tortas and burger lookin real good.

Great breakfast tacos and hot sauce and very fast service. You can call ahead too. So surprising being in a corner store!!

Breakfast tacos are 5-star. Delicious. My son & I stop and grab two tacos each morning on the way to school & work. Served very hot so allow a minute or two to cool. Service is efficient. The place has become increasingly popular so there at times is a wait. We just phone ahead by 5 minutes or and they have them ready when you arrive. Quick & easy. The ladies working the counter do not smile or engage with customers but don't be bothered this. They are focused on getting amazing food served up fast.

Texas Express Mart is located at the gas station. This is the best gas station Mexican food I have ever tasted. Equivalent to a restaurant on the coat section. There is not much place to eat inside the gas station with only a few tables but I always take out. Try them you won't regret it.

Really solid breakfast tacos for a good price. The ladies working are efficient and fast and they don't skimp on ingredients. I haven't tried their other offerings yet, but I'm definitely excited to.

Incredible breakfast tacos!!Found this place in a whim and a very hungry morning!! Great reviews and clearly I now get it!Located in a nice gas stop , small kitchen that punches out some fresh and delicious tacos!! Fairly priced according to Austin standards ... must try if your in the area !!

Seems like all these pumps are extremely slow as of right now. Took 3 mins just to get 1 gallon.

Do not SLEEP literally on the breakfast tacos!! Absolutely amazing! Like soooo good. I got a bacon, egg, and cheese and let me tell you, each price of bacon was perfectly crunchy (not burnt..if you are a bacon lover; YOU know. The cheese is real and fresh. I also got a bean and cheese. The beans were so flavorful. Did I mention you can drink the red salsa...it's THAT good!! This place was delish and I ended up tipping 40% out of pure bliss I was in!The breakfast ends pretty early so check the hours and DO not sleep on the breakfast tacos!!

Pretty good tacos from a spot inside the gas station's convenience store - a 'Texan Mart'. Prices are pretty good, service is OK, tacos are average. The 'Migas' taco is very good, with plenty of fillings and served hot. The Pastor taco is just...odd. The pork's strangely spongy and the flavor's sorta-kinda in the ballpark. Edible but just strange. Average it out and I'd call it 3 stars out of 5. Definitely recommend giving it a try if you're in the area. This place scores a 3 out of 5 on the 'CTJ Scale', as noted below. 5 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Jesus good. Would be OK passing away after finishing a plate here. 4 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Mary good. Would be OK having a nosh here with Mother Mary. 3 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Joseph good. Would be OK having a beer here with Jesus' Dad. 2 out of 5 stars: Come-to-the-Apostles good. Meh. Wouldn't have my last supper here. 1 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Nobody good. I wouldn't have my penultimate supper here, either.
