As a previous review said, not only do they racially profile African Americans but also Latinos. I came in to get a few different styles of shoes, half an hour into looking I noticed one of the employees following me. This kid followed me everywhere and kept looking at me while I was just trying on shoes. he was so bad at not being obvious, and told him "since you're just looking at me and doing nothing else can you get me the size I need in the back for this shoe" I bought two pairs of shoes but now rethinking of returning them and not giving this company my money

Usually the cashier is the face of the company. I wish that there is negative star to rate this girl who has no manners with tattoos on face. very rude and doesn’t know how to talk to people.

The cashier when I went on 04/20/2024 around 2pm was SO RUDE. Would not talk to us at all even when we tried talking to her to ask some questions and she kept rolling her eyes at us.

Spent 10 minutes looking for shoes, which was fine. The shopping area is organized well. There was only 1 shoe in the box I picked. Out of curiosity I looked in 2-3 other boxes/brands and they also only had 1 shoe. Figured that was a security policy so I went to the counter. The mom in front of me - 1 boot in the box, so the cashier went to the back to find the missing boot. She returned unsuccessful. There was no one to help her with this by the way, so the line was building while we waited several minutes. Then it was my turn. She went to the back, returned about 10 minutes later unable to find the missing shoe. She offered to contact me when a new set came in but I declined. Other customers however had both shoes in the box. So actually this place is way less organized than it looks in the surface. Plus she really should have either had someone to find shoes for her, or take her place on the register so the rest of the line didn’t have to wait. I don’t plan to go back.
