Nothing personal about the brand or the sales team, who were very nice. That said after a weekend of laying on countless mattresses, the $800 spring-hybrid upstairs in the guest bedroom has more support for my sketchy back and enough cushion to eliminate pressure points. Don't buy the hype. The mattress industry has become a racket.

Went to this location today around 11AM, waited about 20 minutes, finally gave up. Staff member #1 was with a customer no problem, I’ll wait. Note no acknowledgement by him though that I entered the store.
A second one entered about 10 minutes into my wait, no acknowledgment by him either. I had kept walking nearer him to see if he may assist me, but he didn’t. Then, he got on the phone working out a personal shipping issue.
All I really needed was some acknowledgment that during this century I’d be assisted. I was planning on ordering a Cal King M7, my 3rd Sleep Number, for my RV. And had some questions. I’ll take my $$ to another store.

After 2 Tempur-Pedic mattresses, we thought we would try Sleep Number. We did not know that being side sleepers the Sleep Number mattress causes low back pain, so after about 60 days on the mattress my husband and I were both in bad pain and finally made the connection, it was the mattress. When we went to return it we realized it would end up costing us almost
$600 because of this poor decision!!!!! The whole process was quite unpleasant. We are very happily enjoying our third Tempur-Pedic mattress. Don't make a mistake trying a mattress that will cost you almost $600 and you will have nothing to show for it except physical therapy appointments, doctor, and medication bills.

This was our first sleep number bed purchase. Our first visit was with Kevin (manager) and he was very helpful and we placed the order. The next day we met with some close friends who have had a sleep number bed for years and they talked us into the version they had. So we then needed to change our order. That was a struggle. The first customer service agent didn't seem very knowledgable and was not understanding how to use the discounts we got from the original order. So we decided to go back to the store. We worked with Tom and Tom was great!!! He helped us with changing the order, getting the right discounts applied, and ensuring we ordered the right stuff. Unfortunately, we had to work through customer service - again - to actually make the order changes...which was yet another struggle. Seems to me, they should just let the store agents make changes??? After an odd amount of work, we finally got it right (we hope). Fortunately, we went through this hassle as we discovered that the original order was wrong so who knows what hassles that would have created when the order was delivered! Whew, dodged a bullet there we think. Anyway, we are looking forward to getting our new bed and trying it out! VERY hopeful it will lead to blissful sleep!

We had a great sales person at the cedar park location. He offered extra items but when we did not want them he was not pushy. Tom was our salesman. We are repeat sleep number customers!

Our salesperson, Tom, was very knowledgeable about the bed and furniture! He was very nice and looks like George Clooney! We’ve had a sleep number bed before , but 2 years ago but gave it to my mom when we moved. We missed it so bought a new improved bed!

You would think when you go to buy a brand-new bed of a new size, that your sales guy would know how to sell you a bed that actually might include a bedframe. Seems pretty elementary but for TOM that was not the case at the Cedar Park location. I do not recommend sleep number for a bed purchase as what you pay and the service are completely out of line. The product may be great but so far the service has been ridiculous. He was happy to try to sell us a $5,000 bed but couldn’t even manage to get a bedframe included in the final purchase. We have a bed with no frame so now what?? I guess we wait because they couldn’t help us today - you see, it was TOM’s day off. Nice.
