Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. The cashier lady is super rude. I went in and asked if they have any flavored cigars.
The Cashier lady said “ No we don’t” i went in to check if there’s any other are available that i Like. Turns out they have flavored cigar. If you want to experience a bad customer service and be treated like undesirable customer by all means go here.

Y'all really have an awesome thing going there and I'm so glad Chris introduced us. I thoroughly enjoy my time and experience at Smoker's Abbey. Y'all go so much further than just a good cigar. Thank you!

Very nice gentleman with a vast knowledge of his trade.
They have a great atmosphere and a primarily boutique selection, but it is robust. Will follow up with review of the cigars.

Stopped in here on a trip to Austin. Amazing decor and seating arrangements. Staff was very helpful.
They do follow you around humidor and gather your cigars for you, I'm not the biggest fan of this but I'm sure there are reasons and in the end it was not uncomfortable. The big surprise, they are all boutique! I loved this and they had a very good selection. Didn't see one legacy brands one the shelf, which for me is just fine.

So happy to find a great cigar place in our new neighborhood! My husband and I showed up late on a Friday night and there were still a lot of people in there hanging out. I love the layout of the place..a lot of little "nooks" with chairs and couches to sit in. We me Ian when we came in. Two different things about this place versus other lounges we have been to, the owner accompanies you into humidor, and they have to handle cigars. Then, as most, it is BYOB to drink, but this place did not any ice, so bring your own on that as well. But, we told Ian what type of cigars we liked, and he recomended a few kinds for us. They have a large humidor with a great selection!! After smoking our two that we had purchased, we were very happy with his options for us. We marked them in our cigar app on our phones, so we can get them again! Thanks Ian..we will be back!

Do not be fooled by the strip mall or stuffy exterior. Lots of unique high quality cigars with very friendly knowledgeable staff to be your cigar chirpa. Perfect decor, old, creepy, horror, Texas, western all together. Comfortable large lounge. This place has charm if you are a grandpa or young metal head. Seriously almost an interactive tourist attraction. Do not miss even if you are not a huge cigar fan. Wait! Don't! I love the peace here. Disregard my review.

I visited Smoker’s Abbey during the week before Christmas on my way home from work. It was my first time visiting this business, and I am certainly glad I did! They carry an extensive array of boutique cigar brands that I have not been able to locate anywhere else locally. I was welcomed by Ian, who is one of the owners. He answered my questions precisely and provided great customer service. During my next visit to this business, I will take more time to explore the shop and check out the other products that they offer. The overall experience was very personalized, and I will return very soon. Keep up the amazing work!
