Lack of professionalism . Staff are rude and do not listen to anything you say rather they will give visiting card to call cc. Even we went there to order an iPhone and the associate who filled the online form did a big blunder and the phone delivered to the old address which was in file , though we specifically mentioned to send to our current address . Upon asking why n how this big mistake happen they simple said return the device . How many times we visited we see most staff are rude and have less clarity about costumer care . Most of the staff are either impatient or lack of proper knowledge . However they are good at selling products though it does not even work for someone. . We would not recommend some to this place .

I had to return my cable boxes and the staff made the return easy. The staff were very professional and friendly.

The employees here have always been courteous and patient work me. I've seen them be patient with angry customers as well.The store has many phones to check out, so this is a good location for phone shopping.

On the 13th of November, I sought assistance at the store and unfortunately encountered one of the most distressing customer service experiences. A certain attendant, whom I hesitate to name, exhibited an extraordinarily aggressive demeanor based on the factor that I am not from the United States.She was aggressive and repeatedly called me out a different nationality in an ironic way. Additionally, threatened to scream at me and suggested me to cancel my plan. All of this, because she did not understood her own procedures.I wish to express my sincere gratitude to the attendant, Bob, whose timely intervention ensured that I received the level of professionalism one would expect. I strongly recommend Spectrum's management consider incorporating Bob's exemplary approach into the training regimen for all store staff. Additionally, I hereby ask Spectrum to address the situation with the employee (the manager of the store knows about the situation and who is the staff).

Sydney is the best!! We had a long day here due to AT&T making it hard to switch over to Spectrum but Sidney helped us get it done. She was professional, friendly, and patient throughout the process.Thank you Sydney!!

Hasn’t been working since we bought it. called more then 5 times, they sent someone to my house but my internet is still terrible. This is while using their highest paid plan too, I just can’t imagine what lower plans are like. I went to the store and they wouldn’t switch out my router because I added my name to the account while being in the store. They said I couldn’t stolen the account owners information to do that!!! And it’s just such bogus they would think that, because for that to be possible I would have to not only steal the owners online information, I would also have to break into their house to steal their router. I can’t really say if this was racially motivated, but I’m black.

This place offers extremely rude customer service. Especially the representative named Bobby had no courtesy of any kind. He speaks with a rough tone. For every Bobby like representative you’ll easily lose 100 customers. Then there was another lady who literally couldn’t perform a single task without Bobby’s help. Good luck having a mix of rude and useless reps working at your store. Overall, a big thumbs down!!

I've received excellent service on my visits to this location. When shopping for my phone, I received the assistance I needed. Setting up my new phone was very simple with the associate. I've observed employees take abuse from customers with calmness and professionalism. I don't know why people think complaining about the company will make a difference with front-line employees. *heavy sigh* Finally, there's a good selection of mobile phones: iPhone, Androids, and Google. I recommend this Spectrum location.

Sydney P. helped a LOT just before and after closing, selling me a Samsung Galaxy A54 smartphone, transferring et al en toto from old A53 onto A54, taking in A53 as trade-in, factory resetting A53.I will be back for more goodies!

I came just to drop off the spectrum devices after moving out from my apartment.1. Check-in system is very dumb and made me lose 1 hour of my life. I used the QR version to keep track of the line on my phone, and it told me 5 times that it removed me from the line. Then I discovered that there is actually a list of names in a almost hidden monitor on the top corner of the store, found my name being listed 4 times, the same amount of times the app told me I was removed... lol (photo attached)2. Then when I finally talked to someone, I discovered that I have to cancel my plan before dropping off the devices. Why can't I cancel it with the spectrum person right in front of me??? Anyways... then I spent 45 more minutes on the phone to be able to talk with someone and get the simple cancelation done.Feels like an abandoned part of the company. They really don't care about the physical stores anymore...as nothing in the process makes sense and nothing works properly.

Arrived with 3 customers being helped by the 3 reps. One person waiting. Was told to sign in to not lose my place so I did.About 5 more people arrived and they were getting called before me. I ask and they say I'm not on the list and to sign in again. I had already been waiting about 40 minutes and now there would be even more people in front of me to wait!!! Also, someone who was bring helped had to get something from their car. A customer walked up to the front and said my wife is on the phone with customer service and handed the employee the phone. Essentially cutting in front of every person in the store! This place is a joke and management should be embarrassed
