I had the worst experience with the Hair Dresser - Alyssa. She was very rude. Made me sit in a weird position while cutting my hair and wouldn’t let me even check hows the cut. I would recommend never to visit Cedar Park facility

Amazing service from Nicole, I’ve been getting my haircut every two months for over 23 years and never had service as good as this. She was very thorough asking how I would like certain aspects to be done and went above and beyond. Cannot recommend her and this location enough!Service: Haircut

I’ve gone to this place maybe 4-5 times. They always have staffing issues. 2-3 times they were closed midweek because of not enough staff. The other 2, I came in and waited 2 hours bc they only had 2 hairstylists on a visibly busy day. I walked out both times and got my haircut at other places. Only reason I kept coming is bc it’s close to my house and I generally enjoy sports clips in other locations but this one seems to be lacking on the management aspect. Hairstylists seem friendly.

Worst haircut experience i’ve had. The woman cutting my hair was in a nasty mood, being super rude and rushing my haircut like its a race. After the haircut she ripped the barber cover off covering me in hair then tried to sell me on hair products. I pick sport-clips locations solely off lowest wait times but this is the one location i will be avoiding in the future.Service: Haircut

The barber was focused on selling me hair product, and other services. I was there for a haircut. I kindly said no to anything else besides the haircut and her attitude changed and she rushed through my haircut. When she was done, she put hair product in my hair even though I previously told her I did not want any hair products and also adding it to my ticket and having me ask her to remove it. After leaving and removing the hair product for my h be air, I realize that I got a very bad haircut. Maybe the worst I have ever paid for. In my opinion if she would’ve focused on what I was there for, she would have done a better job at my hair cut and I would have been happy with the service given. When selling items on commission, (which is what I’m assuming she’s doing) you cannot lose focus on what the customer is actually therefore . Hey Google, how do I cover up a bad haircut?

Ya know I feel like it's one thing to comment on products that can help hair loss or maybe even acknowledge if you see thinning but to tell me how I must have got a botched surgery that clearly didn't work even though not enough time has passed doesn't really sit well. I don't get offended by most things but I really just felt like I paid $35 to get bullied. I'm fine with whatever others want to say about me but there are alot of people and kids who struggle with hair loss for different reasons sometimes medical and the last thing they want to be told is how bad it looks or what they should have done from someone who doesn't even know the process or understand how you got there to begin with. I wouldn't say anything but I just hate that this happened so much because I didn't even get to say this doesn't feel right or what you are saying to me is not ok

This is what I get for going to Sport Clips. This is the worst haircut I've ever had, and it's so short I can't even get it corrected by a professional. I wish I could get a refund because she completely ruined my hair.

This rating is not for the sportclips in general or this location but for the stylist(sawsan). Always had a great experience with sportclips but this time my haircut was totally messed up. I didn’t know if she is always like that but she didn’t do what I asked for and did my haircut like she was in hurry. While i was in the store, I saw her getting customers out in less than 5 mins each. Never got my hair cut done in 5 mins before. Overalll first negative experience with sportclips.Service: Haircut

I almost always leave positive feedback with places. I just got ripped off here. I have been a customer here many times before. Sawsan(an employee here) basically gave me no choice as we went through the haircut and just said we’re doing MVP today…. which I’m usually ok with because that’s what I do normally.By the time we get to the shampoo chair she just says OK we’re doing the ultimate MVP now, I asked for the hard part upfront in my haircut… And after paying $35 I was told I was gonna have to pay an additional $10 to get the line put in my hair I do not spend $45 on the haircut alone at sports clips ever. I am a sales professional and this is some of the shadiest tactics I’ve seen in the industry to date. Charging extra is fine, I need to know that upfront and don’t just push me into your more expensive services and then leave me hanging at the end with a bad haircut, the one I did not ask for. And overspent on. Furious with them over this.Avoid Sawsan at all costs, absolutely foul experience.

I checked in online, left my house and arrived to be told I had been kicked off for taking too long. It literally took me 15 minutes to get there. I went from next to 46 minute wait. I explained this to one of the people there and he said there was nothing to be done, I was moved to the bottom of the queue.I guess me and my $30 average tip are going somewhere else from now on. The place has lost its luster since Megan left anyways.This is the problem with having loyalty to any big chain, I've been going to this location for two years, but now I'm done with Sport Clips in general.
